Adin Perera

Adin Perera joined Lincoln Property Company in 2021 and serves as Director of Research. He brings more than eight years of commercial real estate research and analysis experience, spanning the office, lab, industrial, multifamily, and retail sectors. Adin is responsible for producing quarterly statistics and market reports and contributes data to specialized projects. He collaborates closely with Lincoln's brokerage team and other service lines to develop custom market research material and provide trend analysis and forecasting. Adin was previously a Senior Market Analyst with the CoStar Group, where he leveraged real estate and economic data to deliver custom strategy advising to clients across a wide range of industry functions. Adin holds a B.A. in Finance from the Farmer School of Business of Miami University and is an active member of the Congress for the New Urbanism.

Alicia Simonds

Alicia Simonds joined Lincoln Property Company in 2017. In her current role as Senior Vice President of Marketing, Alicia oversees all marketing communications for LPC Boston. Alicia is responsible for brand strategy, internal communication programs, public relations campaigns and provides creative direction for client presentations and property marketing. She also works closely with the executive management team on business development including proposal writing, presentation strategy and design. For active development projects, Alicia manages collateral development, public relations, social media, as well as digital and interactive campaigns. A magna cum laude graduate of Southern Methodist University with a BBA in Marketing, Alicia has over 13 years of experience in real estate marketing and is an active member of CREW Boston. Prior to joining LPC, Alicia was Marketing Director at Boston Realty Advisors and Director of Marketing & Advertising at Citi Habitats in NYC.

Barry Pray

Barry joined Lincoln Property Company in February of 2001 as a Project Manager. Barry is responsible for overseeing construction of TI fit-ups and capital work at One Kendall Square and various properties that Lincoln Property Company manages. Prior to his joining Lincoln Property Company, Barry worked with Cushman & Wakefield at The Arsenal on the Charles in Watertown, where he assisted in the 37-acre development, construction and eventual sale of the property. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield , Barry was employed with R. M. Bradley for 12 years at One Beacon Street, Boston, in the Engineering department.

Brendan Miller - SVP

Brendan Miller is a Senior Vice President specializing in the Downtown Boston office market. With over 11 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience, he concentrates on tenant representation assisting with strategic planning, site selection, lease negotiations and restructuring, renewals, and relocations. Throughout his career, Brendan has also successfully leased over one million square feet of downtown office space for both institutional and private owners. Prior to joining Lincoln Property Company in 2008, he spent two years with Broadway Partners in property management at Ten Post Office Square. Brendan holds a BA from St. Lawrence University. He sits on the Dana Farber Leadership Council and is a member of the Patient Advisory Council at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital. Brian Dolan

Brian Dolan joined Lincoln Property Company's Downtown Brokerage team as an Associate in 2023. Brian is focused on tenant representation in the technology, tough tech, and professional services sectors. His deep understanding of the market and ability to identify unique opportunities has allowed him to guide clients towards successful transactions in the highly competitive Greater Boston market. Prior to joining LPC, Brian worked as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor at Steele Group, where he focused on tough tech tenant representation throughout Greater Boston and the North Suburban market. Brian is a graduate of UMass Lowell and earned his MBA from University of New Hampshire.

Brian Smallman joined Lincoln Property Company in 2010 as Senior Vice President. He has over twenty years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Brian joined us from Jones Lang LaSalle, where he worked with the downtown group since 2008. Prior to that and since 2002, Brian had been with the Staubach Company and through the merger with Jones Lang LaSalle, concentrated solely on tenant advisory service work in the downtown market. Over the course of his career, Brian has represented a variety of corporations and institutional clients on lease transactions and acquisitions. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts from Gettysburg College. He was co-captain of his varsity lacrosse team and served as head coach for the women's club soccer team in the same year. He is a member of the Commercial Brokers Association and he's served on the United Way Leadership Breakfast Committee. He has been coaching youth soccer for 10 years and is an active member of the Beverly Soccer Board.

Chris Devaux - VP

Chris Wessen

Chris joined Lincoln Property Company in December 2021. In his current role as Vice President, Chris works solely within the Life Science Portfolio bringing 16 years of laboratory and office property management to Lincoln. Performing strategic oversight and management of the growing Life Science Portfolio in the Greater Boston area, Chris oversees approximately 2.5 million square feet of property and development, most notably life science and tech hubs: 300 3rd Avenue in Waltham, Hood Park in Charlestown, and Boynton Yards in Somerville. Prior to joining Lincoln Property Company, Chris worked across the Greater Boston area on redevelopment projects such as the Innovation and Design Building in Boston's seaport district and more recently on the revitalization of Watertown at 250 Arsenal Place and The Well at 705 Mt. Auburn Street. Chris brings specialized experience in property management catered to modern mixed-use projects providing a hybrid experience of work-life balance to tenant communities. Chris is a graduate of Boston University with a Bachelor's of Science in Communications. He is an active member of BOMA and is RCRA certified. When not working, Chris enjoys getting outside with his family on a mountain, at a lake, or anywhere without wifi.

Dan Yaccarino

Dan joined Lincoln Property Company in 2015. As a Project Manager with the Construction Group he is responsible for the oversight of construction projects at properties throughout Boston and Cambridge. Typical projects include tenant improvements, lab build-outs, and capital improvements. Dan started his career as a residential carpenter. In 2005 he joined Gilbane Building Company, spending a majority of his time there as a Project Manager with the Special Projects Group overseeing tenant improvement and capital expenditure projects. In 2010 he accepted a position with U.S. Customs and Border Protection where he was responsible for the implementation of space planning, development, and administrations for CBP's Boston Field Office which covers 56 ports of entry throughout New England. Since 2004 Dan has been a member of the U.S. Navy Reserve. During his time as a Builder he has completed three overseas deployments in support of various worldwide operations. He is currently a Senior Chief Petty Officer assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 14 based in Gulfport, MS. Dan holds a degree in Business Management from Quinnipiac University, and resides in Milton with his wife and two daughters.

Denis Lynch

Denis joined Lincoln Property in 2001 and managed the construction and operations of the largest telecommunications facility in Boston at One Summer Street. After this project Denis joined the team at 75-101 Federal Street and is now overseeing the day to day operations, capital projects, and tenant build outs. He is also assisting with the operations and major restructuring of 40 Broad Street.

Don Bouchard - SVP

Don joined the firm in 2003 as a Senior Vice President and Co-Head of the Valuation and Consulting Services. He draws on thirty-five years of experience in valuation and real estate counseling activities and has a broad base of clients including law firms, corporations, and public agencies. His has an extensive background in litigation support and expert witness assignments, arbitration and mediation matters, and general real estate counseling efforts. He has significant experience in the evaluation of investment property in conjunction with acquisitions, sales and financing matters. In addition, he has prepared appraisals for lease renegotiations and disputed option clauses, purchase options, estate and federal tax matters, property tax disputes, eminent domain actions, site contamination cases and reuse purposes. He also has broad experience in highest and best use studies, project feasibility, and re-use strategies. In many counseling assignments, Mr. Bouchard has acted as part of multi-disciplinary teams with expertise across a broad spectrum of real estate issues. He also has substantial expertise in the evaluation of regional malls, department stores and development sites. Mr. Bouchard has been awarded membership in the Counselors of Real Estate and holds the prestigious CRE designation. He is also a member of the Appraisal Institute and holds the MAI designation. He holds real estate appraiser licenses in numerous states. He served the Appraisal Institute's Massachusetts/Rhode Island Chapter as a Director and Officer for ten years. He is also a past President of the Massachusetts Chapter (2004). He is Chairman of the New England Chapter of the Counselors of Real Estate, serving for 2015, 2016 and 2017. He has also sat on the National Chapter Activities, and Membership Committees, and the Business Issues Sub-Committee. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Ellison Patten has over 30 years of real estate experience, focusing his efforts primarily in the leasing of commercial properties in the South Shore market. Prior to joining Lincoln Property Company's suburban brokerage group in the fall of 2002, Ellison had been a Vice President at Peter Elliot, LLC. He has represented numerous national and local landlords and tenants in the leasing of office/and r&d/flex real estate. Ellison graduated from Colgate University with a B.A. in political science and currently resides in Medfield, Massachusetts with his wife and two children.

Ethan Robert - VP

Ethan joined Lincoln Property Company in 2012. In his current role as Vice President, he is responsible for the underwriting and financial analysis of prospective acquisition and development opportunities. Additionally, he leads all due diligence processes and supports joint venture formations and debt placement. Ethan also assists with asset management activities and monitors the value of existing investments by performing short and long-term analyses on property level returns. Over the course of his career at LPC, Ethan has been involved with closing two million square feet of acquisitions and developments totaling over $700 million. Ethan began his career with Coldwell Banker, where he was an Associate with the Urban Communities division. His responsibilities included research, marketing and project analysis. He currently holds his MA Salespersons license and is an active member of NAIOP, BOMA and a certified ARGUS professional. A graduate of Middlebury College, Ethan and his wife live in Boston's Beacon Hill neighborhood.

Jack Galvin

Jack Galvin joined Lincoln Property Company Boston in June 2022. As an Associate on the Urban Brokerage team, he is focused on representing both Landlords and Tenants in the Boston and Cambridge markets. Jack specializes in tenant advisory services for early stage and growth-oriented life science and technology companies. Prior to joining LPC, Jack worked as an associate at Colliers on the Life Science team, and a director at The Steele Group focusing primarily on Tenant representation. Notably, Jack represented Thrive Networks as they expanded nationally, negotiating deals in New York, Florida, Maine and New Jersey. A graduate of Boston College with a degree in economics, Jack brings a strong financial background to lease negotiations, financial analysis, strategic planning and market analysis. In his spare time, Jack enjoys getting outside, golfing and coaching his younger siblings' sports teams.

Previously, James spent two years in marketing and leasing at The Bozzuto Group. A graduate of Brewster Academy and Hobart and William Smith Colleges, James stays active boating, fishing, snowboarding, and golfing. Jennifer Murphy Lucier

Jennifer Murphy Lucier rejoined Lincoln Property Company as General Manager in 2016. Starting her career with Lincoln in 1995, Jennifer brings more than 25 years of experience managing commercial real estate assets throughout New England. Prior to joining LPC, Jennifer served as a Senior Property Manager for CBRE/New England. In her role as General Manager, Jennifer is responsible for the oversight of daily property operations, preparation of annual operating budgets, monthly financial reporting, and coordination of tenant and capital improvements for her portfolio. Jennifer's current portfolio includes one million square feet of office, retail, medical office and industrial space across Rhode Island and Southern Massachusetts. Jennifer holds her RPA designation through BOMI Institute and holds memberships with BOMA Boston, IREM, and in 2014 obtained her LEED-GA certificate through the US Green Building Counsel.

Juanita Ortiz joined Lincoln Property Company in June 1996. Juanita is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of approximately 1.2M SF of commercial and retail space in the Boston financial district. Juanita holds an RPA designation from BOMA and recently earned the LEED AP designation. She is also responsible for the management of tenant improvement work, preparation of annual budgets, business plans and monthly financial reports. Prior to joining Lincoln Property Company, Juanita held various positions with Jones Lang Wootton USA in New York. In May 1991 Jones Lang Wootton promoted her to the position of Property Manager, which required Juanita to relocate from New York to Boston. She has been in the property management field for over 20 years.

Mark Callahan joined Lincoln Property Company as Director of Development & Construction in 2021 to lead Lincoln's new development projects across Greater Boston. In his current role, Mark is responsible for managing projects through all phases of design, pre-construction, permitting/entitlements and construction. Prior to joining LPC, Mark worked at the CIM Group where he oversaw development for their Boston portfolio including 95 Berkeley, 321 Harrison Ave, 60 Kilmarnock Street in the Fenway and the Motor Mart Garage in the Back Bay. Mark began his career at Suffolk Construction and then held development roles at Gilbane and New Boston Ventures. He holds his CSL and is a member of NAIOP, REFA and ULI. Mark received a Master of Science in Real Estate Development (MSRED) from MIT and earned his undergraduate degree from Brown University. He lives in Westwood with his wife, Katie and daughter, Cailin.

Prior to joining Lincoln Property Company, Paul was employed at Grubb & Ellis Management Services, Inc. for over 8 years. Paul graduated from Westfield State College and earned his RPA designation through BOMI Institute. Peter Abren joined the Lincoln Property Company team in February 2013, and currently manages a 345,000 square foot portfolio of mixed-use and retail properties across Boston and Cambridge. Peter's portfolio includes more than 184,000 square feet of multi-tenanted retail and office buildings along Newbury Street. In addition, Peter manages over 161,000 square feet of multi-tenanted office and retail properties in Cambridge and Newton. Peter has over 22 years of Commercial Real Estate experience including previous management positions at Spaulding & Slye, CB Richard Ellis, The Codman Company, Newmark Knight Frank and Brickpoint Properties, Inc. Peter graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management. He currently resides in West Medford with his wife and two children.

Prior to joining Lincoln Property Company, Reid worked for CB Richard Ellis/Whittier Partners as Financial Manager at One Beacon Street, Boston, Massachusetts, a one million square feet, 36 story Class "A" office tower. Prior to his employment at One Beacon Street, Reid worked for RM Bradley & Co., for six plus years, in which he worked on several different real estate projects in different capacities ranging from Assistant Property Manager at Technology Square, Cambridge, Massachusetts a million square feet property to Financial Manager on the Fleet Bank account.

Rob Cronin - SVP

Rob began his career in commercial real estate over twenty years ago as a broker with Hunneman Commercial Company focusing on North Suburban office, R&D and industrial property and tenant representation. Since then he has assisted tenants, property owners, investors and developers alike with the highest level of effectiveness, efficiency, dedication and integrity. During his 24-year career, Mr. Cronin has worked on more than five hundred (500) unique real estate transactions. In addition to his time as a commercial real estate broker, Rob took an educational sabbatical in 2003 to earn a Masters in Real Estate Development (MSRED) from Columbia University with the intention of broadening his skill base to better assist his clients with their real estate needs. Rob graduated from the University of Vermont (UVM) with a degree in business administration and holds a Masters in Real Estate from Columbia University. He is a former Chair of the UVM Boston Alumni Board and The Rivers School Alumni Association. He has been a Pan-Mass Challenge (PMC.org) rider for eight years, achieving Heavy Hitter (top 10%) fundraising level for 8 years. A native of Wellesley, MA, Mr. Cronin currently resides in Charlestown, MA with his family, where he coaches Charlestown youth soccer and lacrosse.

Scott Brown joined Lincoln Property Company in 1997 as Vice President of Property Management and was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2010. In his current role as Partner and Head of the New England region, Brown is responsible for all functions of Lincoln's Boston operations including a Northeast management portfolio that exceeds 20 million square feet. He maintains client relations for a diverse group of private and institutional investors and oversees more than 150 employees in LPC Boston's office. Brown is a past president of BOMA Boston, and was recognized in 2015 as Executive of the Year. He also serves on the National Steering Committee for NAIOP that publishes Industrial Income and Expense data to the industry.

Scott joined LPC in 2012 as Vice President of Property Management & General Manager. He is responsible for Lincoln's 4.9M SF downtown Boston portfolio consisting of over 30 individual assets. The majority of Scott's 28 years of commercial real estate experience was with Beacon Management Company and Equity Office Properties overseeing some of Boston's premier assets including Rowes Wharf, One Post Office Square, 60 State Street and 225 Franklin Street. Scott is a graduate of Colby College. He is an active member BOMA Boston board member, 2017 Secretary and 2018 President. He is a former Board of Trustees member of the Boston Harbor Association.

Steve Flagg

In his current role as Regional Director of Engineering, Steve Flagg is responsible for oversight and management of LPC Boston's building engineering staff and ME/P special projects. Steve joined LPC in 2011 as General Manager of 53 State Street, a 1.2M SF Class A tower, where he oversaw the day-to-day operations for 11 years. Prior to joining LPC in 2011, Steve spent eight years with Paradigm Properties holding the positions of Director of Engineering as well as the Vice President of Property Management. He oversaw the due diligence of all potential acquisitions from the engineering and operations perspectives. Steve also provided oversight of Paradigm's Engineering and Property Management department in the New England portfolio that consisted of 16 buildings. Steve is a U.S. Coast Guard Veteran and an active member in BOMA. He currently serves as the Chair of the Government Affairs Committee and was previously the Chair of the Engineering Committee for two consecutive terms.

Wayne Robertson - VP

Wayne has been with Lincoln Property Company since February of 1998. As Vice President of Property Management, he is responsible for the operations and construction of a portfolio that totals over 6 million square feet. Wayne has over 15 years of commercial real estate management experience. Prior to joining Lincoln, Wayne held financial controller positions at The Flatley Company and Compass Management & Leasing where he was responsible for property and regional controller functions. Wayne has overseen 15 properties totaling 15,000,000 SF of enclosed and strip malls in the Greater Boston area. Property anchors included Stop & Shop, Shaw's, and other large grocer and department stores. He has also assisted senior management with acquisitions and dispositions including financial and due diligence analysis. Wayne oversees annual budgeting process, financial reporting and reconciliations as well as coordinated tenant CAM and sales audits. He also manages common area and exterior renovation projects that result in significant increase in sales activity. Past LPC responsibilities include management of large mixed use and condo and merchant associations. Wayne graduated from the University of Maine with a BS in Accounting. Wayne also has received a Diploma in Real Estate Studies from Boston University and is a member of BOMA.

Wendy M. Pierce

Wendy Pierce joined Lincoln Property Company in 2017 as Director of Property Management for Life Sciences. She brings over 25 years of experience in property management leadership with a proven track record of meeting goals through relationship building, team development, and financial management. In her current role as Senior Vice President, Wendy is responsible for a 25-building lab and life science portfolio totaling over 4,000,000 square feet across Cambridge, Waltham, Lexington and Suburban Boston. Wendy ensures that the day-to-day management requirements are met and provides best-in-class service to both tenants and owners. Prior to joining LPC, Wendy spent three years as Director of Property Management at BioMed Realty where she oversaw a portfolio of 3 Million Square Feet of Class A lab buildings in Cambridge and Boston. Previously, she held senior management positions at JLL overseeing the management of a portfolio of buildings including a prominent tower in Boston and providing management oversight for 5 highly regarded clients. Most of her career was spent rising through the ranks working for companies, such as Leggat McCall and Spaulding and Slye. Wendy is RPA certified through the BOMI Institute and has completed LEED certification coursework through USGBC.
