Jim brings 30 years of professional experience in the historic preservation, masonry and concrete restoration and construction materials field to his role as Vice President of WR Restoration at Ritenour Group. Jim has a passion for significant historic and religious architecture, an in depth understanding of estimating, pre-construction planning and design for historically significant sites and a desire to provide outstanding client service.

Karen Ritenour - Treasurer

Karen joined the Ritenour Group in 2001 and serves as the CFO and Treasurer. Karen is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master's degree in Information Technology. She has a wide range of experience in accounting, real estate, and computer systems.

Katie May

Katie brings 15 years of experience in developing plans and designs for commercial & industrial interiors. Her passion for design and creative eye allow her to create functional and aesthetic designs that help enhance a workspace. Her responsibilities include planning the use and layout of spaces, developing these ideas into drawings, presentations, and cost estimates and coordination of the work of contractors in the field.

Mike Ritenour - President

Mike grew up in the construction industry and has worked for The Ritenour Group for over 30 years. He specializes in interior construction and oversees all aspects of the finishes business. Mike has a wealth of knowledge in painting, coatings, flooring, tile and interior finish products and their application and installation. He is LEED certified. In addition to working as a subcontractor, Mike has also constructed and financed large commercial projects. Mike understands the building process from the perspective of a property owner, a general contractor and a subcontractor.

Paul Clemens

Paul brings over 20 years' experience in glass and glazing to his role as Vice President of RC Glass at Ritenour Group. His expertise with architectural windows, structural glass systems and storefronts, among other things, greatly influences the work performed by RC Glass. Paul's expertise and versatility with glass and glazing projects allows him to be a valuable asset to general contractors, construction managers, business owners and developers.

Rachel Dillon

Rachel is a qualified interior designer with over 12 years of experience. Rachel holds a Interior Design degree from Kent State University. Rachel has worked for Ritenour for 7 years and has in depth knowledge of interior products purchasing, design and installation.
