We added coaching to the business when I became affiliated with Corporate Coach U, a virtual training school started by the late financial planner, Thomas Leonard. I've always used coaching in my leadership work and I learned new ways to question and create awareness in leaders through discovery and exploration that lead to Options and Action Plans-something senior leaders expect at all times. I'm a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation which requires coaches to pursue continuing coach education and client coaching hours. ICF certifies coaches through exams at three levels based on coaching-specific education and client coaching hours-the ACC, PCC and MCC. I'm an ICF Examiner who reviews and evaluates 1-2 recordings of coaches working with their clients-with their permission... My experience and wisdom tell me that information learned from coaching or from workshops is only as good as your applying it to your job or your life. I'm a practical person...
