As counsel to a Chapter 11 Trustee, Ms. Lawson represented the interests of a bankruptcy estate and its creditors in the U.S Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. She has represented the interests of creditors and debtors in matters such as preference actions, discharge and dischargeability actions and claims litigation.
