Alexandrea is a seasoned Property Manager with experience in all facets of both residential and commercial property management. During her tenure she has worked in both the Sacramento and Bay Area Markets. In her previous position, she was the Property Manager at a Commercial Real Estate Company in Palo Alto, where she managed 29 properties totaling approximately one million square feet. Alexandrea is a Licensed Real Estate Agent who is a goal oriented professional and a team player.
Cathie is a Bay Area native whose journey seamlessly blends a deep commitment to community service with a dynamic career spanning over a decade. With expertise in sales, management, and marketing across diverse industries, Cathie brings a unique perspective to her professional endeavors. Her passion for people and creative pursuits is evident in every facet of her life. Beyond the corporate landscape, Cathie is deeply rooted in her local community, where she dedicates her time to volunteer work. Since 2020, she has initiated her own cat rescue, showcasing a spirit of compassion and service that extends beyond the boundaries of her professional life. With a focus on both people and creative endeavors, she continues to be an inspiring presence in her community and beyond.

Debbie has 2 years experience in residential property management and over 10 in commercial. In her last position she started as a clerk and moved her way up to an Assistant Vice President for a developer in the bay area with approximately one million square feet of commercial property. She was involved in all phases of development and operations from construction to the management of new centers.
In addition to extensive experience in commercial development and property management, Debbie also has over 3 years experience in administrative and project management for residential restoration.
Debbie earned her RPA in 2000 from BOMA Silicon Valley and her Management 1 certification for ICSC in 2004. She has also earned certificates in QuickBooks and interior design.
Debbie was born and raised in the south bay area, but along with her husband and children, she moved to the sierra foothills in 2008. From then until mid-2012, she put her career on hold to raise her children and be a part-time caregiver to her grandmother.
Debbie enjoys camping, kayaking, gardening and just started raising chickens. In addition, she has a passion for music and dance (especially tap) and has volunteered for a missing children's organization as well as an organization to help women of domestic violence.
Hilliary Rolls has been actively involved in all aspects of the property management for over 25 years. As a property manager she has been responsible for up to 2,000,000 square feet of commercial real estate. During her career she was also responsible for the management and administration of over 450 state-court receiverships and federal bankruptcies actions involving commercial and multi-family real estate, business assets as well as Health & Safety code violation cases.

Kimberly joined the team in 2007 to administer the general bookkeeping and record keeping responsibilities included in the commercial real estate asset and property management services. She performs all of the controller's responsibilities including accounts receivables and payables duties, manages tenant payments and history, check processing, bank deposit preparation, report preparation, 1099s, common area maintenance reconciliations as well as many other accounting functions.
Kimberly earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from San Jose State University and she has been a licensed real estate agent since 2004. She is an expert in Spectra Property Management Software, Quickbooks, Excel and ACT.
Prior to joining us, Kim was the accountant for a commercial mortgage company and was heavily involved with the financial aspects of the company and their investors. She took a few years off to raise her kids and during that time she was buying and selling real estate with Century 21.
Kimberly was born and raised in the bay area and moved to the Sacramento area with her husband in 1999. She enjoys hiking, running and challenging herself in triathlons and marathons.
As President of Laverty Chacón Commercial Real Estate, Marc oversees management services for approximately 1.5 million square feet of commercial property, including administration, reporting, and managing relationships with tenants, vendors and clients.
Marc joined Laverty Real Estate in 2004 and successfully expanded company's management, leasing, and sales operations. In 2006, Marc and business partner Tanner Laverty purchased the company and changed the name to Laverty Chacón Commercial Real Estate.
Marc has earned the title of Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and has also served as the President of the Sacramento Valley Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®). The CPM® designation is one of the premier credentials in the industry and represents the highest level of education, ethics and professional experience in commercial property management.
Marc has extensive experience in various aspects of sales, marketing, and management roles and broad areas of expertise include contract negotiations, people management, franchising, team building, growth and sales in real estate matters and problem solving.
Marc earned his Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences from the University of Nevada, Reno. He now lives in Roseville, California with his wife Anne and two sons and likes to play basketball, travel, and spend time with friends and family.
Nicole is a dynamic professional with a passion for Commercial Real Estate. With a career that began in 2015, she has amassed extensive experience across various facets of the industry, including retail, industrial, office, and multi-family properties. Born and raised in the Bay Area, Nicole's expertise is deeply rooted in the dynamic real estate landscape of the region. Additionally, she has also lived in the Sacramento and Central Valley areas giving her a well-rounded understanding of diverse markets. When she isn't working, you can find Nicole spending time with her family, relaxing on a beach, hiking or paddle-boarding.
Tanner is currently the CEO and Managing Broker for Laverty Chacon Commercial Real Estate. Among other positions, he has also sat on the Board of Directors for the Northern California Chapter of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute and the Roseville Chamber of Commerce.
Tanner has extensive business, finance and leadership experience in many fields, both for profit and non-profit. He has 15 years of documented success in various aspects of sales, marketing and management roles, originally traveling the country negotiating complex contracts for a health and safety consultancy, to more recently specializing in the acquisition, marketing, disposition and exchange of intricate commercial real estate investments.
To date, he has successfully negotiated over 1,200 multifaceted contracts and agreements, performing complicated investment analysis as well assembling difficult financing and operational dependencies for employers, clients and his own business. Throughout his 3 years as a Sales and Marketing Director and the last 10 years as a CEO and small business owner, Tanner has fulfilled several roles simultaneously such as managing teams, operating businesses, negotiating deals, and sitting on various boards all at the same time. Evidence of this success and reputation were bestowed upon him in 2010, when he was voted one of the "Top 40 under 40" dynamic, up-and-coming business leaders published by the Sacramento Business Journal. Tanner is applying his understanding of these business principles by leading the brokerage, recruiting, marketing and business development aspects of Laverty Chacon Commercial Real Estate.
Tanner received a Bachelor's degree in Economics from San Diego State University and graduated with Distinction upon the "recommendation of his professors for doing superior work in Economics". During that time he also extensively studied Mandarin Chinese, Psychology and Philosophy.
A native of Roseville, California, Tanner enjoys playing basketball, volleyball and golf, wakeboarding, snowboarding, and skiing.
