In 1981 we introduced our flat-fee "Job Shopping Program" for temp-to-perm hires and today we successfully place hundreds of permanent staff each year in law firms through direct or temp-to-perm hires... We have personally met with and assisted over 7,000 legal staff members with their career changes, whether that was to engage them in a career in freelance work or to place them in their next permanent full time jobs. Through word-of-mouth about our unique, knowledgeable and friendly approach to legal recruitment, our group of freelancers grew and our law firm clientele grew to include law firms of all sizes as well as legal departments of companies and government offices throughout the Lower Mainland area of British Columbia... Our first office was in the Sun Tower, then in 1981 we moved to our long-time location in the Hotel Vancouver.
