Ahmad Zaki Bin Abdullah was appointed as Board of Directors of the Company on 9 January 2020.
Ahmad Zaki holds a Bachelor of Accountancy with Honours from Universiti Utara Malaysia and a Master of Business Administration from Ohio University, United States of America. He is a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, an associate member of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants with the designation of Chartered Global Management Accountant, registered as an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant and a Certified Financial Planner. He has also attended the ASEAN Senior Management Development Program organised by The Harvard Business School Alumni Club, Malaysia.

Badrulhisyam Bin Fauzi was appointed as Board of Directors of the Company on 3 December, 2015.
Badrulhisyam Bin Fauzi is the Group Chief Financial Officer of MMC Corporation Berhad. He joined the Group Managing Director's Office of MMC on 11 July 2011 and subsequently became Head, Group Strategy before assuming current position effective 1 July 2020. Besides Group Finance, Badrulhisyam is also responsible for Group Strategy, Group Risk & Integrity Management and Information System Department. Badrulhisyam started his career as an Investment Analyst in Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB) and was the Head of Analysts for global equity research team in the International Fund Management Department before joining MMC.
Badrulhisyam graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in Computing from Imperial College London and is a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder of the CFA Institute. He is also a Chartered Global Management Accountant being a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA) as well as a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
