Amy has a decades' long history as a senior level Human Resources Executive with subject matter expertise in legal, compliance, employee relations, executive coaching, facilities, and administration competencies. She has had substantial success in developing and executing on HR strategies and tactics aligned with business objectives in multiple competitive sectors.
In addition to HR strategy and practical execution and roll-out of HR programs, Amy's core strengths reside in consulting, legal affairs, and industry compliance.
Amy has held roles in strategic consulting in the tech, nonprofit, and publishing sectors. She has served as an HR director at Quarto Publishing Group, VP of HR, Legal Affairs and Administration for HCPro, a $65 million, 300 employee, private equity firm, VP of HR and Legal Affairs of Fishery Products International, and Director of HR at Oxford Global Resources, Inc., a global technology and staffing consulting firm. Amy joined King & Bishop in 2021 and has been doing independent consulting since 2018.
She admits to enjoying any and all sports, epicurean pursuits, and spending as much time as possible at the ocean with family and friends.

Brendan King is one of the principals and serves as the President of King & Bishop. He has over 25 years experience in operations and has extensive leadership expertise in the areas of Human Resources Consulting, Staffing, Business Development and Client Relations.
Brendan serves on the Executive Board of Directors for the New England Business Association (Formerly Known as SBANE).
With an entrepreneurial drive and leadership focus, King & Bishop under Brendan's leadership has developed an array of services designed to help clients meet their organizational goals and objectives.
Brendan possesses a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the human resources industry. He is a valuable asset to companies looking to bring their talent to the next level and has been featured in various media outlets sharing his know-how.
Brendan is a regular contributor to Boston 25 news, appearing as an analyst to the job and employment markets.
Prior to joining King & Bishop, Brendan was a Program Manager for a sector leading defense contractor concentrated in the development of secure communication networks for commercial and military applications. In that capacity he held functional responsibility for Human Resources workforce assessments, evaluation and planning for all classified client-to-Government relationships and for United States Air Force, United States Army and United States Navy programs.
Upon joining King & Bishop in 1994, Brendan worked as a regional recruiter and expanded the brand while developing customer focused value-added services.

Brett Morgan brings 40+ years of experience in all aspects of human resources and talent acquisition. He spent most of his professional career in the retail, consumer goods and hospitality industries.
Brett held senior level HR roles at at major regional and nationally recognized brand retailers - Filene's, Macy's, Brookstone, J. Jill and Unos. He also worked as a consultant for a retail staffing company.
Brett joined King & Bishop in 2020 as the Director of Client Services, focusing on senior level HR executives and business development. In 2021, after helping with outplacement with marquee clients, he moved into an executive coaching role.
Mr. Morgan's wide and deep background in all things- HR, from talent acquisition to career management and outplacement, has established him as a compassionate subject matter expert for people going through a career transition.
Brett has a BS in Marketing from The Pennsylvania State University.
Recruiting Specialist, Brianne Rodrigues comes to King & Bishop with an established process of applying disciplined fact finding and data analytics to match the right candidate to the right career.
Most recently, Brianne tenured as the Production Coordinator at Design Ergonomics/Ergonomic Products in Fall River, MA. As a member of the admin team, she worked within all areas of the business to effectively manage end-to-end production steps, from senior leadership to lean factory production.
Prior to Brianne's role at Design Egronomics/Ergonomic Product, she was a production scheduler with Ahead, LLC. Ms. Rodrigues displayed competency and excellence in maintaining and sustaining administrative center schedules and filing systems.
As a seasoned administrator with over 10 years of business processes experience, Brianne is a collaborator dedicated to ensure candidates will be properly supported and placed and will thrive in their respective, new careers.
Brianne graduated from Bristol Community College with an Associates degree in Administration. She is also holds certificates from the University of Michigan edX Data Analytics for Managers, IBM's Data Visualization and Dashboards development, HarvardX Exercising Leadership, and Google Project Management courses.
She and her husband live in New Bedford, Massachusetts with their two dogs - Bailey the Chocolate Lab and Sage the hound. She enjoys meditation, great food, and greater laughs.

John Bogosian, Principal, Board Advisor and President of King & Bishop Companies bringing over 30 years of well-rounded entrepreneurial experience in Management Consulting, Coaching, Executive Search, Temporary Staffing, Human Resource Consulting, and Business Development. With John's innovative approach, vision for the future and leadership and guidance, King & Bishop is growing nationally and internationally offering a portfolio of services designed to meet clients' needs.
Before John partnered with Brendan King in acquiring King & Bishop in 2004, he was a national recruiter and gained increasing responsibility in managing the New England Region for B&M Associates, a national temporary technical staffing firm. From there, he went on to start up a local temporary staffing firm. He was recruited to take his experience in staffing and business development to one of the larger international career and executive coaching companies. During his tenure, John was vice president and responsible for career coaching, facilitation and new business development. He developed an appreciation and passion for assisting organizations and individuals at all levels through the coaching process. He later serviced as the head of staffing for a publicly traded Medical Device Company.
John employs a strong partnering and collaborative style. Given his creative and resourceful style, he is often able to succeed where previous resources have proven limiting. He is a frequent speaker at area human resource functions, business associations and higher education events. John earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from Boston University and he completed MIT Sloan School's program, "Reinventing Your Business Strategy."
John has the privilege to serve for 10 years as a member of the Special Olympics Massachusetts Board of Directors and served as chair in 2013 & 2014. John serves as an honorary board member of Samantha's Harvest, an organization that works to raise awareness by providing funding for programs and organizations that directly enhance the lives of individuals with Down syndrome.
He serves on the board of Lahey Health Cancer Institute and a Cummings Foundation Committee Chair for 100 for 100. John serves as a Board of Advisor for growing private companies. John is a member of the Council of Armenian Executives.

Career Branding Consultant, Meaghan Corson has a deep background in communications and relationship building in the corporate world with a unique twist of broadcasting experience.
Meaghan started her career as a TV news reporter. You name it, she's covered it from the county fair and government to shootings and train explosions. Her super power is helping people feel comfortable on camera and share their message, especially when it comes to video interview preparation.
She took these skills and built video programs for various industries including software, medical, and startups. Outside of helping clients navigate the next steps in their careers, as a professional speaker Meaghan works with executives and professionals to elevate their on-camera presence. Audiences describe her interactive presentations as "eye opening and inspiring" and say she has "a powerful inner light."
Meaghan grew up on Cape Cod, and now lives near Boston. She and her husband, Tim, enjoy traveling the world and taking their two boys along with them. Meaghan truly loves trying unique and sometimes wild things - from zip-lining in glowworm caves in New Zealand or even eating octopus in Portugal (her toddler loved it, too!).

Michael Burr, Corporate Controller of King & Bishop, brings over 25 years of accounting experience in both public accounting and in the management of privately held businesses. Before Michael joined King & Bishop in 2019, he worked as a public accountant at Feeley & Driscoll, a mid-sized Boston based public accounting firm working with privately held entities. He moved into the private sector in the role of Corporate Controller and CFO for companies such a Distributor of Medical Supplies and Devices, a Contract Research Organization, a Manufacturer in Oil & Gas Industry and a Microwave Materials Manufacturer. His last position was at a Contract Manufacturer Organization operating in the personal care and pharmaceutical industries. He looks forward to learning the ins and outs of the recruitment industry and collaborating and working closely with the team at King & Bishop to ensure the future success and growth of the business.

Ron earned his MBA with high distinction from the McCallum Graduate School of Business at Bentley University in Waltham, MA.

Ron also led a corporate talent attraction team at Amazon prior to joining King & Bishop. With a strong background in the Medical Device industry, Susan has worked with leading companies such as Abbott, Thoratec Corporation, and Thermo Electron (now Thermo Fisher Scientific). Her expertise spans Organization Design, Talent Acquisition, Mergers and Acquisitions, Total Compensation, Strategic Planning, and Training & Development. As an experienced Human Resource Business Partner, she partnered with all areas and levels of the business to effectively manage domestic and global HR initiatives.
At King & Bishop, Susan focuses on business development, fostering new and existing relationships to create business opportunities across the company's various units. She is passionate about leveraging her extensive corporate experience to drive growth and success.
