Caroline graduated Cum Laude from Bates College with a B.A. in Mathematics and Psychology and a concentration in Computer Science. She was a member of the Bates varsity field hockey and squash programs.
Casey shares responsibility for developing the firm's private investment partners and exploring executive-led investment opportunities.
Previously, Casey worked at the strategy consulting firm Galt & Company, a boutique strategy consultancy focused on corporate transformations. He advised Fortune 500 companies on international and domestic projects in metals, mining, healthcare, financial services, paper and packaging, and other industries. Prior to Galt & Co., Casey worked at Illinois Ventures, a seed-stage venture capital firm, where he analyzed investments and worked with portfolio executives.
Casey graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a B.S. in Management Science and a minor in Technology & Management.
Christian is a Founder and Partner of Kingfish Group. He co-founded the firm in 2004 with the goal of building a differentiated platform to drive premium private equity investment results. Building upon over 20 years of principal investing and entrepreneurial experience, Christian has helped grow Kingfish into a unique private equity investment and advisory firm. Christian is responsible for advancing Kingfish's overall investment strategy, building strategic relationships with capital partners and overseeing the firm's portfolio of private equity investments.
Previously, Christian co-founded Tropos Networks (acquired by ABB), the market-leading provider of metro-scale wireless mesh networks. He was responsible for raising several rounds of institutional capital from leading Silicon Valley venture and strategic investors and building out an executive leadership team.
Prior to Tropos, Christian worked in venture capital where he invested in and helped grow early stage software and telecommunications companies.
Christian graduated from Stanford University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.

Prior to Kingfish, Graeme worked in Morgan Stanley's London office as a member of the firm's UK Investment Banking group.
Graeme received a BA in International Relations from Stanford, an MSc in African Studies from Oxford and a Master of Public Policy from Yale, where he was a Kerry Fellow.
Prior to Kingfish, Hannah worked as a Sector Analyst at Third Bridge - Forum. At Third Bridge, Hannah supported the Industrials and Energy team through research and content production, coverage strategy, and diligence for clients focusing on public equities, high yield credits, and PE.
Hannah graduated from Tufts University with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Art History. She was a four-year member of the Tufts varsity squash pro.
Prior to Kingfish, Hillary worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Citi. At Citi, Hillary focused on Power, Utilities, & Renewables transactions across various products, also contributing to Sustainability & Corporate Transition advisory work.
Hillary graduated Cum Laude from Dartmouth College with a B.A. in Environmental Studies and a minor in Economics.
Prior to Kingfish, Hunter worked as a consultant in Accenture's Strategy practice, primarily focused on helping guide the firm's utility clients through growth strategy, due diligence, and digital transformation initiatives.

Prior to Kingfish, Jack worked at Refinitiv as a Customer Success Manager, where he had responsibility over clients across the investment industry. There, he helped clients leverage Refinitiv's financial data and analytics to help drive their investment strategies.

Johnathan is Head of Information Technology at Kingfish Group, where he leads the firm's technology strategy and operational innovation to support scalable and secure growth. With over a decade of experience in the financial industry, Johnathan focuses on implementing technology solutions that align with business objectives and enhance organizational efficiency.
Previously, Johnathan served as Senior Vice President of Information Technology at Quest Trust Company. In this role, he led transformative initiatives that resulted in a 500% revenue increase and expanded managed assets from $0.5 billion to $3 billion. His leadership included transitioning the organization to a cloud-first infrastructure, enhancing cybersecurity frameworks, and optimizing IT operations for cost-effectiveness and scalability.
Earlier in his career, Johnathan gained valuable experience across the financial industry as well as in marketing and managed service providers. In these roles, he modernized IT infrastructure, implemented enterprise-wide solutions such as Salesforce CRM, and drove operational efficiencies through innovative technology strategies.
Johnathan holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston-Downtown and is a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and Salesforce Certified Administrator.
Jonathan is a Founder and Partner of Kingfish Group. He leads firm strategy and organizational development, with a particular focus on assembling and guiding high performing teams.
He has over 20 years of experience in private equity investing and company building. He has founded two firms, most recently co-founding Kingfish Group where he grew the company from a start-up organization into a high-performing organization of over 40 individuals operating across multiple offices in San Francisco, Boston, Denver, Washington DC and Pune, India. Over the past 10+ years, the firm has advised on over $10 billion in private equity transactions and made direct equity investments into over 25 private companies.
Previously, Jonathan co-founded Tropos Networks (acquired by ABB). At Tropos, Jonathan defined the sales, marketing and product strategy that helped bring a category defining product to market. To date, Tropos wireless systems have been deployed at over 1,000 customers in 50+ countries worldwide.
Prior to Tropos, Jonathan was an investment professional at JAFCO America Ventures, an early stage venture capital firm. He was also a consultant at McKinsey & Company.
Jonathan graduated summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Brandeis University with a B.A. in Economics and English.
Prior to Kingfish, Krista worked as a Client Services Associate at both AlphaSights and VC-backed startup Level Company. At both organizations, she led multi-generational service teams focused on high-volume, time-sensitive diligences and go-to-market exploration for Fortune 500 Corporations and Series B&C start-ups alike.
Krista graduated from Vanderbilt University with a B.S. in Human and Organizational Development and a minor in Economics.
Lauren assists in the firm's finance function, financial reporting, tax compliance, investor relations and SEC compliance.
Prior to Kingfish, Lauren was a senior accountant at Jasper Ridge Partners, an investment firm with $35 billion of assets under management based in the Bay Area, CA. At Jasper Ridge, she was responsible for the fund accounting and financial reporting of private equity funds and marketable securities. Lauren began her career at KPMG within the audit practice.
Lauren graduated Texas Christian University with a Masters in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant
Leena helped build the team's operations in Pune, which she now runs.
Prior to Kingfish, Leena held various leadership positions at non-profits in Mumbai and Pune, including Ra Foundation and Akanksha Foundation. Before that, she served on the sales team at the Taj Group of Hotels and at a premier road transport firm in Tanzania.
Leena graduated from College of Social Work with an M.S.W. and from Fergusson College with a B.A. in Economics.
