Joe Koch Construction was founded in 1984 specializing in rough framing and finished carpentry. Four years later Joe Koch purchased STANJIM Homes, a well-known and successful local construction company... Joe Koch Construction and STANJIM Homes has since become one of the largest, most innovative residential builders in the Mahoning Valley. We were recognized nationally by Inc. Magazine, as one of the fastest growing privately held companies in the U.S.A., ranking #140 in 1991 and #462 in 1992... Joe Koch is a lifelong resident of Austintown and a graduate of Austintown Fitch High School where he was an outstanding athlete. After attending Heidelberg College and Youngstown State University, Joe founded Joe Koch Construction and a few years later purchased STANJIM Homes. From that point on, Joe's companies successfully completed numerous developments in Austintown and other valley locations.
