Alexandra Chakroun joined INVISION in 2023. She identifies and analyzes investment opportunities and supports existing portfolio companies in their operational value creation efforts.
Before joining INVISION, she gained experience in auditing at PwC.

Beat Bühlmann serves as an Independent, Non-Executive Director of INVISION Private Equity AG.
In 1997, Mr. Bühlmann became a partner at SMS Securities AG / Go4Equity AG where he was engaged in Institutional Brokerage / Research of Swiss equities and equity derivatives, accounting and private equity. After heading the spin-off of Go4Equity in 2000, Mr. Bühlmann founded Tendo Corporate Finance AG, an advisory boutique active in the fields of Private Equity and M&A for SME in Switzerland, Germany and the US in 2001. From 2005 to 2010, he served a Partner at Horizon21 Private Equity AG where he led the Private Equity division. Since 2010, Mr. Bühlmann acts as an active business angel and a professional board member.
Mr. Bühlmann graduated with a Ph.D. in Banking and Finance from the University of Zurich. He is Chairman of Ferrum AG and is member of the board of several companies such as Phytoceuticals AG and QualySense AG.
Christian Hemmrich joined INVISION Private Equity AG in 2014. He identifies and analyzes investment opportunities and works with portfolio companies in their value creation efforts.
Prior to his career in private equity, Mr. Hemmrich gained initial vocational experience at Deutsche Bank and KPMG.
Christian Hemmrich holds a Master's degree from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) in Accounting and Finance.
Felicia Mennel joined INVISION in 2023 and is based in Zug. She identifies and analyses potential investments and supports the portfolio companies in their value creation work.
Prior to joining INVISION, she worked for PwC in Frankfurt in the field of financial due diligence, where she primarily supported buy- and sell-side mandates for private equity clients.
Felicia Mennel holds a Master's degree from the University of St Andrews.

Fiona joined Altair in December 2021 as a Jersey based independent director. A qualified chartered accountant, she has twenty years of offshore finance experience, most of which in the fund administration arena where she most recently had global remit for operations across the funds and corporate division of a global service provider.
Fiona has led client relationships with a number of institutional grade clients as well as emerging managers and has experience of multiple asset classes, including Private Equity, Real Estate, Venture Capital, Renewables, Secondaries, Infrastructure and other alternative asset classes. She holds a number of board positions on a variety of regulated and unregulated funds and is a highly experienced director.
Fiona holds a Bachelor's Degree (Hons) in International business and Modern Languages and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Scotland.
Florian Preuss joined INVISION in 2015. He focuses on the evaluation and execution of new investments and on operational value creation of existing portfolio companies.
Prior to joining INVISION Florian Preuss worked over 5 years at Montagu Private Equity responsible for identifying, evaluating and completing private equity transactions in the DACH region. He started his career at Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt in the lnvestment Banking Division focusing on Mergers & Acquisitions.
Florian Preuss completed his studies at the University of Bayreuth and the Helsinki School of Economics and holds a Master in Business Administration.

Frank Becker joined INVISION in 2000. His investment interests include opportunities in education, information technology and innovative services business concepts. He is responsible for the investments in N3K Network Systems as well as Vista Alpina and serves on these companies' boards. Furthermore, he was responsible for the investments in Vantage Education (sold in 2020), Swiss Education Group (sold in 2018), Kraft & Bauer (sold in 2018) and RSD (sold in 2016).
Before joining INVISION, Frank Becker was the CFO of Compaq Computer Switzerland, where he was instrumental in the post merger integration of Digital Equipment Corporation. During his time at Compaq, Frank Becker also served as the President of the Compaq Pension Fund Board. Prior to Compaq, Frank Becker was a consultant with The Boston Consulting Group, advising clients on strategic, organizational and operational issues.
Frank Becker holds an MBA from Stanford Business School and graduated in electrical engineering at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Zurich.

Ian Lambert serves as an independent Non-Executive Director of Altair Partners on Private Equity, venture capital and private equity real estate funds.
With a Bachelor's Degree (Hons) in Accounting & Law from the University of Kent, Ian Lambert is a Chartered Accountant and a Member of The Institute of Directors. Ian Lambert has over 30 years' experience working within the international financial services industry, initially as a Chartered Accountant at Coopers & Lybrand. Ian Lambert joined the Mourant Group in 2000 and became the CEO of Mourant International Finance Administration (MIFA), leading more than 600 employees, with Assets under Administration in excess of USD 160bn. MIFA was acquired by State Street Corporation in 2010 and Ian Lambert became a Senior Vice President of State Street Corp.
Ian Lambert co- founded Altair Group in 2012, a leading provider of independent director, compliance and governance consultancy services based in the Channel Islands.
Brigitte Enzler joined INVISION in 2000. She is responsible for the investor relations of INVISION and the general assistance of the partners.
Prior to INVISION Brigitte Enzler worked as traffic specialist in the ferro alloys department at Newco AG and in the steel department at CMC AG.
She graduated as export specialist with a Swiss Federal diploma.

Guido Ottenburg joined INVISION in 2002. He is primarily responsible for the financial accounting and controlling as well as the Fund Reporting of the INVISION Group. In addition, he is the Compliance Officer of the INVISION Group.
Prior to INVISION Guido Ottenburg was Head of Finance and Administration of an asset management company. Before, he was Head of Finance and Administration of a worldwide operating manufacturer of high performance products in the hydraulic and pneumatic environment. Furthermore, Guido Ottenburg worked for companies which are active in the banking, services and industrial sector.
Guido Ottenburg holds a Swiss Federal diploma in Finance and Accounting and has attended further education courses in financial controlling.
Isabel Hartmann joined INVISION in 2021 and is based in Düsseldorf. Her responsibilities include identifying and evaluating investment opportunities as well as supporting existing portfolio companies in their operational value creation efforts.
Lea Grunder joined INVISION in 2021. She identifies and analyzes investment opportunities and supports existing portfolio companies in their value creation efforts.
Prior to joining INVISION, she worked for Swiss Mobiliar Asset Management, where she searched for, analyzed and managed new investment opportunities for the insurance company. Prior to that, she made a significant contribution to the founding of a private bank as part of the core project team and gained experience in investment advisory and asset management at Privatbank Wegelin & Co. and Notenstein Privatbank during her studies.

Marco Martelli joined INVISION in 2004. His investment interests include opportunities in education, innovative service business concepts and information technology. Currently, he is responsible for the investments in NonStop Gym, Careanesth, eduPRO, IDAK (KADI & Margherita), as well as the Parkresort Rheinfelden Group and serves on the companies' boards.
With INVISION he invested, amongst others, in Vantage Education Group (sold in 2020 to a private investor group), Swiss Education Group (sold in 2018 to Summer Capital), Netviewer AG (sold to Citrix) and Cyberguard (sold to Secure Computing which was subsequently sold to McAfee). He was also responsible for the publicly traded closed-end fund Mach Hitech. Prior to joining INVISION, Marco Martelli was CFO of Venture Partners AG, a Swiss based venture capital firm from 2002 to 2004. From 2000 to 2001, Marco Martelli was Director of Finance of a Swiss listed software and consulting company. He started his career with Deloitte in 1994 in the audit department where he was promoted to Manager in 1998.
Marco Martelli is a Swiss certified accountant and holds a degree in business administration from the Fachhochschule (FHS) St. Gallen.
Markus Widmer joined INVISION in 2019. He focuses on the evaluation and execution of new investments and on operational value creation of existing portfolio companies. Before joining INVISION, Markus Widmer worked at the deals team of PwC, where he supported industrial businesses and private equity firms with the identification, planning and execution of M&A transactions. As part of his career at PwC, Markus Widmer was able to gain international transaction experience while working in London and Dubai.
Markus Widmer holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD.
Martin Christ joined INVISION in 2021 and is based in Düsseldorf. His responsibilities include identifying and evaluating investment opportunities as well as supporting existing portfolio companies in their operational value creation efforts.
Prior to joining INVISION, Mr. Christ worked as an M&A analyst at Livingstone Partners in Düsseldorf.
Mr. Christ studied business administration at University of Münster and Tunghai University. He holds a B.Sc. as well as a M.Sc. in business administration with a focus on finance & accounting from the University of Münster.

Martin Staub is one of the founders and partners of INVISION. For over 25 years, he has been responsible for a variety of equity investments and companies from different sectors. He is currently overseeing Schneider Logistics Group, Skysale Switzerland, Parkresort Rheinfelden and Reichelt Elektronik and serves on the board of directors of these companies.
Previously, Martin was responsible for the equity investments in Datamars (sold to Columna Capital), ORS Service (sold to Equistone), Cosmo (IPO at SWX), Plus Orthopedics (sold to Smith & Nephew), Thommen Medical, the Boost Group and Glashütte (sold to Swatch). Martin has many years of experience on the board of directors of different companies and with many M&A transactions. In his pre-INVISION days, Martin Staub was a project manager at Swiss broadcaster SRG, where he was responsible for investments and media projects. He began his career at Metro International, where he oversaw projects in the fields of innovation management, e-commerce and new media.
Martin Staub studied at the University of Fribourg, graduating with a degree in economics. He has been on the advisory board of the Neue Aargauer Bank (NAB) from 2008 until 2020.
Max Beyer joined INVISION in 2023 and is based in Düsseldorf. His responsibilities include identifying and evaluating investment opportunities as well as supporting existing portfolio companies in their operational value creation efforts.
Mensure Sherifi joined INVISION in 2024. She is responsible for the office management as well as assisting INVISION's management and partners.
Mensure Sherifi previously worked as a partner assistant and IP paralegal at TIMES Attorneys.
She holds a diploma as IP Paralegal and further training in administration.

Michel Rodriguez joined the Invision team in 2020. He has worked in the SAP/ERP area for various international and Swiss companies and has over 40 years of experience in consulting, project management, solution architecture and IT audit.
Michel Rodriguez studied Business Informatics at the Bern University of Applied Sciences and holds a Master of Advanced Studies in Applied History from the University of Zurich.

Nick Watkins has been an independent, non-executive board member at Altair Partners since 2014 and has more than 17 years of experience in the international financial services industry.
As well as holding a degree in modern languages from Bristol University, Nick Watkins is a lawyer and a member of the Institute of Directors in Jersey. Nick Watkins' career began as a corporate tax lawyer at Dechert in London. After this, he worked in the legal department of Abacus Trust, followed by six and a half years at Citco Trustees as deputy CEO and head of the legal department.
From here, Nick Watkins moved to Deutsche Bank to take over as head of global transaction management in the area of alternative fund services before joining Altair Partners in 2014.
Nico Hoffmann joined INVISION in 2021 and is based in Düsseldorf. His responsibilities include identifying and evaluating investment opportunities as well as supporting existing portfolio companies in their operational value creation efforts.
Prior to his career in Private Equity, Mr. Hoffmann worked in J.P. Morgan's Investment Banking Division in London as well as in Corporate Banking at HSBC.
Nico Hoffmann studied business administration at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and ESSEC Business School in Paris.

Raphael Uster joined INVISION in 2019. He identifies and analyzes investment opportunities and supports existing portfolio companies in their operational value creation efforts.
Prior to joining INVISION, Raphael gained management consulting experience at zeb consulting advising a large Swiss bank on an operational improvement project. Most recently, he gathered experience in Corporate & Investment Banking at Credit Suisse where he worked on leveraged financings for sponsor-backed corporations as well as in the corporate banking team advising large Swiss clients.
Raphael Uster holds a Bachelor's degree in Business & Economics with focus on finance from the University of Zurich (UZH) and a Master's degree in Banking & Finance (MBF) from the University of St. Gallen (HSG).
