Amy started her career in customer service back in 2008, and since then, she has developed a genuine love and enjoyment for interacting with people.
In 2014 Amy fell into the Real Estate industry starting in leasing administration. Over time she worked her way up, becoming well-versed in all aspects of property management specialising in compliance. Throughout her journey, Amy discovered that her true passion lies in creative problem-solving and ensuring her clients receive the best possible experience each and every time.
Amy's extensive experience in Property Management has honed her ability to establish exceptional client relationships which enable her to swiftly identify and address issues within her portfolio. Amy has recently completed her diploma for Agency Management and is currently studying for Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Antoni started at Independent Property Group as a Property Management Cadet and quickly moved to administration, getting to know all aspects of the business. He then advanced to his current role as a Leasing Consultant. Antoni is focused on delivering a prompt, friendly, and professional service, matching the right tenants to the right homes. Antoni has extensive knowledge of the rental market and strives to achieve the best results possible for his clients.
Outside of work, Antoni is a keen motorbike and car enthusiast, spending his free time driving or riding around the beautiful bush capital.
Grahame O'Brien was born in Yass, NSW and moved to Canberra when he was only 10 years old. He attended Marist College in Pearce until year 10, then Stirling College for years 11 and 12. After graduating in 1980, Grahame worked with the ANZ Bank for seven years.
Grahame joined the Independent Property Group in 1987 (known back then as Reg Daly Real Estate & R.O. Wellsmore Real Estate). In 1999, Grahame moved to Sydney working in the fast-moving Eastern Suburbs real estate market where he gained valuable experience in competitive property marketing. He returned to Canberra and Independent in 2002.
Over the years, Grahame has won numerous awards for his outstanding results and he has also been awarded Independent Property Group's 'Role Model of the Year' 3 times. In 2013, Lukas moved from Bega to Canberra, a city he is immensely proud to call home. He has spent the past 6 years living in Canberra where he attended the University of Canberra, completing a Bachelor's double degree in Marketing, Management & Communications in Advertising.
Before starting his career in real estate, Lukas fulfilled his dream of travelling to Nairobi, Kenya. While there, he volunteered at an underprivileged school, educating children aged 6-12 in English, Science, Maths and Geography. Outside of his teaching commitment, Lukas wanted to implement something very different into the school. He wanted to share his passion of cricket with the children. He spent many hours teaching the kids the rules and skills of the game, donating all the supplies needed for them to continue playing in the future.
