He holds an MBA in Communications and has a vast experience in designing and implementing marketing, sales, advertising, public relations, event management and merchandising strategies. He has worked with top MNCs and been a top achiever in all his assignments. His last assignment was with ESPN Star Sports where he utilised his marketing and media planning experience to generate unprecedented revenue and carved a valuable space in the Industry. He is also an NCC veteran with notable contributions in the areas of training, operations and manpower sourcing policies.

Ms. Sudha Hooda is an accomplished legal professional with over two decades of experience as a strategic business enabler in leading progressively challenging assignments that require demonstration of integrity, courage, perseverance and creative problem solving. She is a specialist Employment, IP, Regulatory and Corporate Commercial lawyer with varied work experience in assisting large Indian and Multinational Organizations, operating in Telecom, IT and retail sector and handling complex issues that operate on the intersection of law and policy and impact business certainty and continuity. Ms. Sudha Hooda currently heads the legal, compliance and Secretarial functions as Executive Director (Legal) at Nvidia Graphics Private Limited a leading technology company and is also part of its India Management team, being the Executive Director at Nvidia Board. She supports the business teams in Indian Subcontinent, Thailand and Singapore for all legal issues ranging from IP, regulatory, compliance, policy, corporate, commercial and disputes.
