HRS - Key Persons
Over the last 24 years, Jo has worked within the healthcare industry in both the private and public arenas in rural and regional Australia. Jo's skill set has been strongly influenced by her roles as Director of Clinical Services, Deputy CEO, as well as her roles as Operations Manager and Change Manager.
Jo is a highly skilled performance-driven executive leader with an MBA and she has a quantifiable track record of instigating and leading change across all levels of a health service.
In addition to her management qualifications, Jo has a Bachelor of Nursing, Certificates in Critical Care, Work Place Training and Aged Care Quality Assessment. She is also a Certified Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
John worked as a senior economist in a major Australian organisation for a number of years and is an experienced business analyst. In this role he completed a twelve month secondment in London with one of the largest international marketing agencies. He has held senior positions with a number of Australian government agencies (Commonwealth and State) in Queensland, Victoria and Tasmania.
For the past eight years he has worked as a consultant primarily in the technology, education and health sectors. His work in the health sector has included the provision of consultancy and marketing services to the VHIA and organizational reviews in public hospitals in Victoria, NSW, Tasmania and the ACT.
