Andrew Acquah Oppan holds a Commonwealth Executive Master of Business Administration from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. Prior to pursuing the above, Andrew obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Administration (Human Resource Management Option) from the Central University College, Accra-Ghana, in 2003.
Having worked with organizations such as Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority and the Ghana Civil Aviation Authority among others, Andrew joins the Harlequin with over thirteen (13) years' experience from the Gold Mining Industry, where he rose through the ranks to the position of Head of Human Resources.
As an active member of the Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners (IHRMP), for a considerable number of years, Andrew has participated in numerous international and local conferences and seminars in the field of Human Resource (HR) and brings on board his vast professional and managerial experience in the field of H. R. Management and general administration.
Andrew heads the Human Resource/Administration Department of Harlequin, ensuring that an efficient human resource infrastructure is built with an increasing employee commitment and capabilities in strategy execution to creating a renewable organisation.

Daniel is a highly motivated Entrepreneur, Investor and Oil & Gas Business Executive.
He is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of HT Marine Offshore Logistics Limited, an Offshore logistics services company, having served directly and indirectly with International and Local oil and gas players such as Tullow, ENI and Ghana National Gas company (Ghana Gas), as well as oil and gas service companies such as MODEC and Knusten OAS Shipping.

Daniel Twimasie is the General Manager at Harlequin. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing Harlequin's day-to-day operations and identifying areas for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Daniel joined Harlequin in 2020. Prior to assuming his current role, he led Harlequin's Business Development team and was actively involved in setting strategy for driving business, strengthening existing and developing new relationships with clients.
Daniel has an extensive background in product management and sales of consumer goods to engineering and construction companies across sub-Saharan Africa and Asia. He has contributed his expertise in small and medium-sized enterprises as well as large multinational organisations.
Daniel received a Bachelor of Science in Business and Management from Aston University, UK.

Ezekiel Koomson, a self-motivated procurement specialist with over 23 years' experience in supply chain industry in the private sector. With an aggregated work experience in Retail business, Manufacture industries and Engineering companies, he has a strong background in Business Processes.
Ezekiel is currently working for Harlequin as Procurement Officer since 2015. He was first engaged with the company as Administration Officer in 2014 and later reassigned as Procurement officer to spearhead the procurement activities of the company's branch in Takoradi. In 2017, he was seconded to Tarkus Logistics & Engineering supplies Ltd to serve as procurement Officer to two years.
Prior to his engagement with Harlequin, Ezekiel was General Manager for Industrial & Technical Supply Centre (ITSC) Group - a leading industrial & technical tools and equipment supplies in Ghana. He also served various posts with companies he worked for; ITSC as Sales Manager before he was promoted to the General Manager position of the company, Dupaul Wood Treatment Ltd as Materials Principal Supervisor, Accounts Senior Supervisor, ABE Ltd as Stores Senior Supervisor, NABE Wood Processing Co. Ltd as Accounts & Stores Supervisor.
Ezekiel is currently pursuing an MSC program in Accounting & Finance with Atlantic International University (AIU). He has completed Level II of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants-UK and working hard to complete the final Level, Mastery Certificate of Business Administration from Graduate School of Governance and Leadership (now called Accra Business School) and Diploma in Finance and Accounting from Cambridge International College.

Faustina joins the team with over 20 years of extensive experience and knowledge in organizational administration, company management and event management. Due to this rich experience, she is tasked with the responsibility of managing and implementing annual corporate marketing and communications strategy, engagement with registered associations, planning and organizing corporate events such as product launches, conferences and exhibition and sponsorship activities to enhance the company's visibility and reputation. She has oversight responsibility of managing the company's website and also maintaining a good social media presence.
Faustina was previously the Executive Assistant to the Directors of Harlequin where she served as the link between the Managing Director and the Directors to ensure maximum efficiency and smooth delivery of work across all departments.
She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (Management option) from the Central University College. In addition, she has had training in fund sourcing from the Ghana Institute of Journalism, customer service and leadership skills, records management and people management.

Frederick H. Hesse-Tetteh is a results driven Entrepreneur with a wealth of experience spanning several industries including real estate development, oil and gas, technology and finance. Frederick earned a B.S. in Computer Engineering, and a minor in Engineering Entrepreneurship from Villanova University in Pennsylvania, USA. Frederick is also an alumnus of the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and participated in the Stanford Seed Transformation Program in West Africa.
Frederick is the Chief Executive Officer of CADS Contract and Services Limited, a turnkey property development and integrated facilities management firm whose clients include Tullow Oil, MODEC, Deloitte, Exim Bank, MTN and Baker Hughes. CADS asset portfolio under management is valued at over USD 100M.
Frederick's other directorships now includes CADS Developers Limited, a property development firm partly owned by Grit Real Estate Income Group, one of Africa's largest Listed Real Estate Investors with a property portfolio of over USD 700M. In Q4 2017, Frederick initiated and led GRIT's legal and technical DD for the acquisition of 50% of CADS - CADS 2 commercial real estate asset. The decision to sell equity in the CADS 2 asset was primarily based on the CADS group decision to free up capital for its investment portfolio diversification plan.
Frederick also serves on the Board of Directors of Darfin Finance Limited, a Finance House based in Accra; and HT Marine Offshore Logistics, an indigenous Ghanaian company that seeks to expand its fleet of Ghanaian flagged offshore support vessels to enhance local participation in Ghana's Oil and Gas industry.
Frederick, through IME Fabrication recently acquired Harlequin Oil and Gas, Ghana's premier Fabrication, Engineering and Hydraulic service center for the Oil and Gas, and Mining industries. He serves as the company's Co-Chief Executive Officer, spearheading Projects, Commercial and Corporate Strategy. Harlequin's client base includes NOV, GE, Maersk Drilling, Modec, Newmont, Goldfields etc.

John Ansah holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah university of Science and Technology.
Biography
John Ansah Yeboah is the Technical Manager of the oil & gas division at Harlequin group, a global engineering and fabrication company with a lot of experience in very special and complex engineering fields, e.g. design and fabrication of process equipment components, structural, piping tanks, heat exchangers and pressure vessels.
Kingsley Kofi Kwarteng is an enthusiastic, self-motivated, dedicated, reliable, responsible, and hardworking person. An individual who does not allow failure to stop him from achieving his aims.
He started his career as a Craftsman with Ghana Regional Technology Appropriate Industrial Service (GRATIS) in 1996. In 2000, he joined Paterson Zochonise (PZ) as Chief Machinist responsible for machining engineering components and maintenance activities.
In 2002, he joined the Harlequin team as a machinist and with determination & hard work and the zeal to be an expert in his field, he rose through the ranks to become the organization's Workshop Manager in 2015. He's specialized in rebuilding & operating of Line boring/flange facing & mobile lathe machines at Sir Meccanica s.p.A (Catanzaro-Italy) and also in troubleshooting & repair of Lamborghini Gallardo and Aston Martin cars in Manchester (UK) in 2016.
His unique technical skills in engineering & design have contributed significantly to the successful completion of these milestone projects in the history of Harlequin; Marine Riser Tensioners (MRT's) & Overhaul of Coil Lifter for Transocean, Manufacture of Steel Bend Restrictor (SBR) & Manifold & Suction Pile Can Tops for Tullow just to mention a few.

During a 10-year tenure, managing the largest through-put LPG Filling Plant in the UK, a top tier Control of Major Accidents and Hazards (COMAH) site, Kwame gained invaluable knowledge and experience.
With 15 years' experience in the UK, Kwame relocated to Ghana and joined the Harlequin team in 2010, working his way up to QHSE Manager. The extensive engineering, quality and HSE experience that he gained in the UK ensured that Kwame brought thorough insight to Harlequin International.
Kwame contributed significantly to Harlequin's successful ISO 9001:2008 accreditation through DNV and continues to lead all Harlequin quality, health, safety and environmental objectives with unwavering attention to detail, commitment and discipline.

Rommel joins the team with over 20 years' experience working within different engineering environments including mining (Earthworks), SMPP (Structural Mechanical Platework and Piping), Fabrication and Construction. He has worked in various capacities as QA/Qc officer, Estimator, Mine Planning Engineer, Project Manager and General Manager.

in 2008, after working within the oil & gas industry in Aberdeen for more than 10 years, Scott relocated to Ghana and partnered with Barry Williams in LFS Company Limited. Based in Takoradi and managed by Scott, LFS Company Limited exclusively offered support services to the Oil & Gas industry in Ghana.
After 8 successful years in operation, Scott coordinated the merger of LFS Company Limited into the folds of Harlequin International. The strategic merger of these two companies gave Harlequin International the opportunity to combine technical skill, vast experience and knowledge with the machine capacity that now provides comprehensive services to the Marine, Power Generation, Mining and Oil & Gas industries in West Africa.
With a wealth of technical knowledge and many years of industry experience, Scott continues to be a driving force in Harlequin's operations and the exponential growth that has lead Harlequin to be a reputable service provider in the Oil and Gas industry. Scott's commitment, together with his remarkable engineering and management skills, have played an integral role in the development of Harlequin's new facility in Takoradi as well as the successful completion of two OCTP subsea infrastructure development projects.
