Dr. Allie (Williams) Lambert graduated with Honors from Mississippi University for Women in 2013 with a bachelor's degree in speech language pathology and a minor in psychology. She then obtained her doctorate in audiology from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2017. During her clinical rotations, Dr. Lambert worked in a variety of settings including the Montgomery VA Medical Center in Jackson, MS; Coastal ENT Associates in Gulfport, MS; and Arkansas Otolaryngology Center in Little Rock, AR. In her spare time, Dr. Lambert sings and enjoys her pets. She is passionate about health, hearing, and helping others live richer lives through better hearing.

Dr. Bo Martinez, originally from Colorado, earned his doctoral degree in audiology at the University of Northern Colorado. He completed his third-year clinic rotations at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona and his fourth-year doctoral externship at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. For the last four years, Dr. Martinez has practiced clinical audiology at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. His areas of interest are adult diagnostics, hearing amplification, tinnitus, and hearing loss prevention. Dr. Martinez is has delivered several professional presentations on topics including noise-induced hearing loss, dizziness, and hearing healthcare through amplification. In his free time, he enjoys rock climbing and exploring the great outdoors.

Dr. Janine Granados graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Speech Language and Hearing Sciences and a Minor in Special Education from the University of Arizona in 2016. She then graduated cum laude with her doctorate in audiology from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2022. Janine completed her fourth-year externship here at Expert Hearing Care and is excited to continue working with the practice as an Audiologist. Prior to her time at Expert Hearing Care, she completed clinical placements at the Veterans Administration Hospital, the University of Colorado Hospital, and at the Children's Hospital of Colorado, where she gained experience in diagnosing and treating hearing and balance disorders in patients of all ages. She is passionate about connecting with her patients and ensuring that their unique individual communication needs are met. In her free time, Janine enjoys camping and hiking, or relaxing at home with her husband and two cats. Janine Granados graduated with a B.S. in Speech Language and Hearing Sciences and a Minor in Special Education from the University of Arizona in 2016. She then worked as a Patient Care Coordinator at a private practice audiology clinic in Colorado.

Dr. Kelly (Frost) Churchill is the owner of Expert Hearing Care. She was a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with an undergraduate degree in Communicative Sciences and Disorders. She completed her Master's Degree in Audiology in 1983 at the 1st ranked audiology program at the University of Iowa under the guidance of two prestigious hearing aid researchers & clinicians, Dr. David Hawkins and Dr. Ruth Bentler. Afterward, she practiced clinical audiology at Washington University - St. Louis in the Department of Otolaryngology under the renowned audiologists, Dr. Margo Skinner and Dr. Michael Valente. Prior to moving to New Mexico, Dr. Churchill was a clinical supervisor and lecturer at Northwestern University in Chicago for five years. She earned her Doctor of Audiology degree in 2005 through the Arizona School for Health Sciences in Mesa, Arizona. Dr. Churchill has practiced audiology and hearing instrument dispensing in Alamogordo since 1993 and is currently the full-time provider at our Las Cruces office. Janet Zapata is originally from Colorado. She graduated from the Institute of Business and Medical Careers in Fort Collins with a Medical Administrative Assistant Certification. Before moving to Las Cruces in 2017, Janet worked as a medical assistant for the same medical provider for 20 consecutive years. Her longevity at her previous position reflects both the passion she has for patient care and her cumulative professional experience. Janet's "going above and beyond" positive attitude has forged long-lasting patient relationships throughout the years, and she happily anticipates building such relationships with Expert Hearing Care patients. Janet enjoys spending quality time with her husband and "visiting" her five grandchildren on Facetime each day.

Ms. Altrock-Brant is a graduate of New Mexico State University, obtaining her Bachelor of Arts in 2015. She has spent the last 12 years in Las Cruces and is proud to call the Mesilla Valley her new home. Krystal has an extensive background in all aspects of the customer service field, and she previously worked at the Animal Services Center of Mesilla Valley. She has turned her passion for helping people bond with animals into a passion for helping people bond with people through improved hearing. She plans to continue to advance her career in this field so that she may better serve the community and help improve lives.

Dr. Shelby Montaño, a New Mexico native, earned her B.A. in Communication Sciences and Disorders at New Mexico State University while also competing nationally for the NMSU rodeo team on a scholarship. She then earned her audiology doctorate at the University of Utah in 2020. Dr. Montaño has experience in a variety of clinical settings, including the Salt Lake City VA and the University of Utah Hospital (newborn Intensive Care Unit). For the last year, she has been practicing clinical audiology at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Montaño is committed to providing the best possible hearing healthcare and delights in working with patients of all ages. She enjoys spending her free time with family, riding and caring for her horses, and experiencing the outdoors.
