David Rosenberg is a Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager for HGI's REIT & real estate securities funds. He is responsible for the day-to-day implementation of the investment strategy while overseeing the investment team, trading operation, and research process. Prior to joining HGI in 2013, Mr. Rosenberg was a Senior Vice President and Associate Portfolio Manager with CBRE Clarion Securities and a Director, Portfolio Manager and a founding member of its predecessor, CB Richard Ellis Global Real Estate Securities from 2004-2013. At CBRE, Mr. Rosenberg focused on the research and analysis of public real estate and infrastructure companies in the U.S. and Canada as well as portfolio management. His past experience includes serving as a Real Estate Securities Analyst in the equity research department of Legg Mason and as a Senior Accountant in the real estate practice of American Express Tax & Business Services, where he functioned in various roles involving real estate financial analysis, valuation, and capital markets activity from 2000-2004. Mr. Rosenberg holds an MBA in Finance from Johns Hopkins University and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive). He is also active in several non-profit organizations.

Jacob I. Slone serves as Managing Director and the Head of Business Development for HGI and is a member of HGI's Executive Committee. He is responsible for overseeing HGI's global business development and growth initiatives, as well as managing key investor relations functions. Since joining HGI in 2015, Mr. Slone has held several senior roles across the organization, including overseeing the formation of HGI's whole loan originations platform, managing the preferred equity and mezzanine debt origination business, and playing a pivotal role in the acquisition of real estate properties globally. Prior to joining HGI, Mr. Slone worked as a trainee in the office of the Global President of Capital Markets at CBRE. He holds a Master's in Real Estate from Georgetown University and is a graduate of Ner Israel Rabbinical College.

Jay Zwiebel serves as Executive Managing Director for HGI and is a member of the Executive, Investment and Credit Committees. He works extensively with HGI's international institutional investors and plays an active role in the company's non-U.S. investment initiatives. Prior to joining HGI in 2003, Mr. Zwiebel served as a partner at the law firm, Volovelsky, Dinstein, Sneh & Co., where he represented high-tech companies and venture capital funds, and focusing on venture capital investments, mergers & acquisitions, securities, and corporate law. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Zwiebel served as a consultant at Meitav Corporate Finance Ltd. He holds a BA in Economics from Yeshiva University and a law degree from Bar Ilan University.

Joel Yarmak is a managing director of HGI. Mr. Yarmak oversees the various accounting groups including treasury and cash management function, investor relations services, payroll and benefits financial support groups. His responsibilities include financial reporting, tax, and cash management. Prior to joining HGI, Joel was a real estate industry assurance partner at Deloitte, a "Big Four" accounting firm, and Vice President of Financial Operations at Kimco Realty, the largest community mall REIT in the country.
Mr. Yarmak graduated from Yeshiva University with a B.A. in Mathematics and received a Masters of Business Administration in Accounting from the New York University Graduate School of Business Administration. He also holds a CPA designation.

Jordan E. Slone serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of HGI and is a member of the Executive, Investment, and Credit Committees. Prior to forming HGI in 1985, Mr. Slone was the Co-Founder and Vice President of International Spring Corporation, a manufacturer of inner box springs for the mattress industry in Portsmouth, Virginia. The Slone family sold International Spring to Leggett and Platt, Inc., a Fortune 500 company, in 1986.

Lee J. Siracuse serves as Managing Director in Debt Asset Management of HGI to oversee the alternatives investment portfolio which includes KFRED bonds, mezzanine debt, preferred equity investments, and the whole loan program. Mr. Siracuse has over 20 years of real estate asset management experience and prior to joining HGI in February 2021, was previously a Director for SitusAMC overseeing dedicated asset management platforms for Deutsche Bank CRE and TPG Real Estate Finance Trust and a Director at Hypo Real Estate Capital Corporation overseeing a real estate development loan portfolio. Prior to these experiences, he was responsible for the operation and leasing of a series of New York City office buildings while at the SL Green Realty Corp and Equity Office Properties Trust. Mr. Siracuse has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA in Accounting from Canisius College.

Pinchas Mendlovic serves as Managing Director for HGI. He joined HGI in 1998 after serving as an executive at BO-DA, INC., which merged with Harbor Capital Corp. to create HGI. He also served as a legal counsel to banks and real estate and investment companies in Israel, a consultant to several Israeli government committees regarding banking and tax legislation, and practices law with his wife. Samuel Reichmann serves as Managing Director of HGI and Head of Investment Management. In this role, Mr. Reichmann oversees the integrity and accuracy of key metrics and analyses conducted throughout the investment cycle. His oversight includes investment models, performance metrics, offering memorandums, investor reporting, annual reports, investor presentations, and the quarterly and capital transaction distribution process. Mr. Reichmann is also a key member of HGI's Valuation Committee. In addition, Mr. Reichmann oversees investment accounting, tax, and investor relations services teams. Prior to joining HGI, Mr. Reichmann served as a Senior Asset Management analyst for Brookfield Asset Management. Prior to that, Mr. Reichmann was a Valuation Associate for Deloitte FAS. T. Richard Litton, Jr. serves as President of HGI and chairs the Investment and Credit Committees. He is also a member of the Executive Committee. Mr. Litton oversees the company's day-to-day operations, manages HGI's transactions team, and plays a key role in institutional capital raising efforts. Prior to joining HGI in 2004, he served as a corporate law partner at Kaufman & Canoles, one of the largest law firms in Virginia. Mr. Litton holds a BA in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law.
