Chris brings a lifetime of construction experience to the Hann & Hann team. He grew up working throughout the DMV area in his family's custom home building company. Realizing that he was one of the few fortunate people that knew what they wanted to do for a career at a young age.
Chris utilized his passion and experiences to hone his skills throughout his lifetime. He was recognized for his gifts and thoroughness by receiving a scholarship to study construction management at Montgomery College. After school Chris has added an additional 15 years of on-hand construction knowledge to his acumen. Chris has been involved with all aspects of the construction process; from the initial planning, to banging nails, to project managing multi-million-dollar renovations.
When Chris isn't smiling on the jobsite, he can be found broadly grinning with his amazing family. Chris and his wife are the lucky parents of a set of beautiful and intelligent twin girls with a son on the way. When Chris isn't working on his house or playing with his children, you might see him at the golf course or on the water fishing. He does hunt as well but if he's doing that right you shouldn't be able to see him. Chris loves to find solutions to problems and is a very social and approachable person, please feel free to reach out to him for any of your properties' needs.

Chris brings more than 22 years of construction experience to his role at Hann & Hann, Inc. He joined Hann & Hann in December 2003 supporting the Construction Services division. His drive, strong work ethic, and attention to detail makes him a very hands-on, results-oriented manager. Chris oversees all the day-to-day construction activities as well as writing and bidding proposals, maintaining cost control of multiple projects, purchasing, accounting, networking with vendors and subcontractors, and overall workflow. Prior to joining Hann & Hann, Chris oversaw the Service Division of Britt Construction, a formally large commercial construction company based in Northern Virginia.
Before joining the construction industry, Chris worked in the security industry. Chris began his career working for the FBI as a Supervisor of Security located at FBI Headquarters, Washington, DC. Chris then moved into the private sector and worked for then local retailer Britches of Georgetown as their Corporate Operations Manager and then later with Chicken Out Rotisserie restaurants as their Regional Loss Prevention Manager.
Chris's experiences working for the Federal Government and within the retail and hospitality industry have better prepared him for the challenges associated with commercial and residential construction.

Joe is a proud native of Western Pennsylvania. He moved to the DMV after graduating from Penn State University with a degree in Business Administration. Joe worked as a Regional Manager for Cruise America Motorhome Rentals with a territory servicing Chicago, New York, and the Washington, D.C. areas for five years. He next developed is business acumen by focusing his product and service offerings in the condominium and apartment industries with WEB Laundry Systems, HOF Laundry Services, and Mac-Gray Laundry Services.
During his tenor in the laundry industry, he was able to advance his career, responsibilities, and experience through excelling in various positions, ranging from the Regional Sales Manager to the Vice-President of Sales over a 21-year span. Joe joined the Hann & Hann team in February 2011 and had been able to transpose his experience to the construction industry. Over the last decade his customers, business partners, and co-workers have come to rely on Joe for his guidance, candor, and responsiveness.
Joe is a great guy with a big heart. He loves spending time with his dog Chance. He spends much of his free time exploring the city of Annapolis with Chance. He loves Naptown and enjoys spending his days and evenings strolling the community, exploring its diverse history, and supporting the many local business.

Lynn has attained over twenty years of property management experience, ten of which specialized in HOA and Condo management. Lynn is an active member of the Central Virginia Chapter of CAI and is on the Board of Directors. She has served as chair of the CA Day Trade Show Committee and the VLR Committee.
Under her guidance the CA Day Trade Show Committee has been distinguished as the committee of the year for 2020, 2021, and 2022. In 2019 she was recognized for her contributions to CAI by receiving the Rising Star Volunteer of the Year Award. Lynn holds her CMCA, AMS, and EBP designations and is working towards her PCAM.
Lynn is married to her husband Timothy and mother to their four very active young children, Gabriel, Emma, Elijah, and Reagan, ranging in age from twelve to six. When she is not at work you can find her on their farm landscaping and gardening, on the Rappahannock river fishing, lounging at the pool with a book, or at softball and baseball practice (all the children play ball). When the weather turns colder you will find her cooking, drawing, painting, or throwing pottery. Lynn attended college at Texas A&M University in College Station and was a student-athlete and proud member of The Fighting Texas Aggie Equestrian Team!
Nancy Curry joined Hann & Hann, Inc. as an Accounts Receivable Clerk in March, 2007. Nancy has a strong accounting background as was able to move up the corporate ladder to become our Controller in August, 2010. Nancy prepares all the accounting work for Hann & Hann, Inc. and plays a lead role in the preparation of audited financial statements, tax returns and related reports and schedules to support financial reports to the board.
When she became a member of Hann & Hann, Inc. Curry brought 10 years of experience in the accounting field, including four spent in public accounting. She served for four years as an accountant with responsibilities spanning from audit, tax, financial reporting and business management.
Curry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with a concentration in Actuarial Science from Towson University and an Associate degree in Accounting from Montgomery College.

Ray joined Hann and Hann in September 2018, with more than 5 years of Mechanical Contracting experience under his belt. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland and a division 1 All-American Lacrosse Player at UMD, Ray brings a lot of knowledge, experience, dedication, hard work, and people skills to his role as a Commercial Account Executive.
In addition to his work at Hann and Hann, Ray also owns and operates Performance Sport Systems, a youth athletic training company/facility and home of Crossfit Hardshells. He is a natural in working with people and helping others succeed.

Ricardo is a seasoned and diligent Construction Manager who consistently estimates and manages a variety of construction teams and services such as painting, flooring, roof replacement and tenant modifications while successfully creating effective communication between personnel, clients, and the management team to efficiently and effectively complete projects on time and within budget.

With a history in the trades dating back to 1986, Todd joined Hann & Hann Construction Services in January of 2006. Since his hiring he has worked in several capacities to support his clients, coworkers, and the company, and now functions as Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing. After serving in the US Army Todd put himself through college performing renovation and remodeling; and at the same time graduated from Canisius College, Cum laude with a BA in International Relations. Todd's passion for problem solving and creative thinking have led to him being an inventor with multiple patents.
Today, in addition to seeing to the needs of his personal clients, Todd manages the sales team by conducting training meetings, safety education, estimation assistance, and contract negotiations. He leads his staff with a positive energy; quick to make a joke and he keeps his door open for staff to come to him for support and to share in honest and open dialogue. His responsibilities to his clients, and the investments under their care, makes Todd seen on many property locations, presenting the opportunity to offer real solutions and recommendations specific to their needs and best interests.
Todd is active on the national and local levels within and supportive of the Community Associations Institute, he thoroughly enjoys the time and energy he has devoted to CAI and is involved in many facets of the organization, bringing his insight, experience, and accountability to the members and their clients. Todd was most recently appointed two new honors within the organization. On the national level he was elected to the Think Tank of the Foundation for Community Association Research as well as on the local level being named to the Education Council Chair after serving for several years as the Cochair of the Education Committee for the Washington Metropolitan Chapter. Todd has taught classes to managers throughout the region, presenting in the Chesapeake, Washington Metropolitan and Central Virginia Chapters.
If Todd isn't at work for Hann & Hann and their customers, then he's likely to be found around some form of food. He is known for his love of the culinary arts and enjoys preparing meals for his friends and family. The efforts in his home garden allow him to share the efforts of passions with his co-workers, often dropping off surplus food to the delight of the office. Todd has been fortunate enough to travel the world, experiencing many cultures and languages; he hopes to bring that empathy and appreciation to the people he interacts with. Even when Todd isn't leading a construction company, you may catch him with a tool in his hand; he known for his handiwork and is regularly making an improvement or update to his own home.
Todd has a passion when it comes to facing and overcoming the challenges that the construction industry is composed of and appreciates the chance to collaborate with the many industry experts involved throughout the business. He will happily discuss any element of construction; from foundation footers to the ridgeline of the roof, and everything in between.
