The Hearing Aid Center is a second generation, family owned full-service hearing center. Phil Winters moved to the peninsula and opened the office in 1990. He had over 50 years experience in the hearing aid business and he saw thousands of lives changed through better hearing. Mr. Winters retired January 2011 after proudly serving the needs of the Peninsula for 20 years... Located in Ocean Park WA. Providing hearing aid services, repair and devices on the Long Beach Peninsula area
