Fraser B. Grier joined Fuller & Fuller LLP in January 2023. Originally from Glasgow, Scotland, Mr. Grier commenced his legal career in New York City in 2018 advising foreign nationals and businesses scaling their operations in the United States, covering all aspects of corporate governance, local employment laws, Federal and state taxation, and immigration. He subsequently moved to specialize in business immigration, representing multinational companies, artists, business leaders and state level public institutions on all nonimmigrant and immigrant visa processes. Beyond his legal practice, Fraser continues to support businesses looking to expand into the United States through U.S.-based nonprofit trade associations. Mr. Grier earned his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) at the University of Glasgow School of Law in 2014, and subsequently earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Legal Studies at New York University School of Law in 2016. Mr. Grier has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association since 2020. Prior to joining Fuller & Fuller LLP, Mr. Grier worked for boutique corporate and immigration specialist law firms.

Lauren R. Quinn joined Fuller & Fuller, LLP in September 2015. She works closely with businesses across multiple industries including tech, finance/fintech, commodities, marketing, athletics, the nonprofit sector, and family offices to find creative solutions to their immigration-related employee mobility and hiring issues. She also works with entrepreneurs and investors seeking to start new businesses in the U.S., highly skilled and talented individuals seeking immigration status on the basis of extraordinary ability or service in the national interest, and families who would like to join or remain with ones in the United States. Ms. Quinn earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and History magna cum laude from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. in 2010 and subsequently earned a Juris Doctor degree cum laude from Boston College Law School in 2014. She was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2014 and to the New York and New Jersey Bars in 2015 and has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association since 2012. Prior to joining Fuller & Fuller LLP, Ms. Quinn served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Middlesex County Superior Court during the 2014-2015 term.

Scott R. Fuller was born in Quonset Point, Rhode Island. In 1980, he graduated from Phillips Exeter Academy in New Hampshire and in 1984, he graduated from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut with a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy and a concentration in Economics. After six years of commercial underwriting experience in the insurance industry, Mr. Fuller graduated from the Fordham University School of Law with a Juris Doctor in 1990. Mr. Fuller is currently licensed to practice in New York and Connecticut (previously also D.C. and Colorado). In April 1992, Mr. Fuller joined the Law Offices of Lee M. Fuller, Jr. and in January 1998, became a Partner. In January 1999, the firm changed its name to Fuller & Fuller LLP. Mr. Fuller has served on the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), New York Chapter, Vermont Service Center Liaison Committee and in 1992, co-authored "The Employment-based Preference Category" published by the Immigration and Naturalization Institute. Between 1981 and 2001, Mr. Fuller was an annual Guest Lecturer at Fordham University Law School.
