Daniel Common - COO

Job Titles:
  • Director of Operations
Daniel is our Director of Operations and is responsible for keeping the office moving. Everything from payroll, accounts receivable and facilities fall under his umbrella. In addition to his work at Finney Neill, Daniel also enjoys cooking, playing music (guitar, bass, mandolin, ukulele, accordion), spending time with his family, travelling, and tending his urban farm. Daniel graduated from Seattle Pacific University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Educational Ministries.

Jenny Gebhart

Jenny provides a variety of professional services including financial statement assurance, compliance services and internal control reviews. Jenny works with a variety of industries and types of organizations including not-for-profit organizations, real estate projects, affordable housing, low income and historic tax credit projects, and public housing authorities and other governmental agencies. In 2004, Jenny began her career in accounting at an international CPA firm in the audit and accounting department, working primarily with public manufacturing companies, insurance entities, and technology companies. In 2009, Jenny joined Finney, Neill and Company, P.S. and transitioned to a focus on not-for-profit organizations, and affordable housing and governmental agencies. She currently serves on the WSCPA Engagement Peer Review Acceptance Board (RAB) and assists in performing peer reviews for other firms. Jenny graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Seattle Pacific University in 2004 and received her CPA license in 2007.

Joshua J. Breiling

As a tax manager, Josh enjoys working with a variety of individuals and businesses by providing tax planning and consulting, compliance (tax prep), and accounting consulting services. He is familiar with various industries such as real estate development (including low-income housing) and leasing, construction, not-for-profit, wholesale, hospitality, manufacturing, and professional services. Every challenge presents an opportunity to learn something new, whether it be an area of tax, industry practice, or what makes someone "tick," and Josh strives to learn all he can when interacting with and serving his clients. He also realizes having all the technical answers is not what every problem needs, and a trusted advisor is someone who listens to understand.

Julie Kruger

Julie helps run our front office dealing with phones, mail, and everything in-between. Prior to starting with Finney Neill, Julie had been focusing on raising her two children and volunteering at school and church. Prior to that, Julie spent 10 years working for a local retailer, managing supply chain and manufacturing for several of their private label brands. Outside of work, Julie enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, cooking, travel, and being a not-so-talented crafter. Julie graduated from Western Washington University in 1999 with a degree in Business Administration.

June Wang

June provides a variety of professional services including financial statement assurance, compliance services, and internal control reviews. June works with a variety of industries and types of organizations including not-for-profit organizations, real estate projects, affordable housing, low income and historic tax credit projects and governmental agencies. June graduated with a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Washington Bothell School of Business in 2017 and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting with honors from George Fox University in 2014.

Leslie Sesser

As the Firm's assurance shareholder, Leslie provides a variety of professional services including financial statement assurance, compliance services, accounting system consulting, internal control reviews and forensic accounting. Leslie works with a variety of industries and types of organizations including not-for-profit organizations, real estate projects, affordable housing, low income and historic tax credit projects and governmental agencies. Prior to joining Finney, Neill & Company, P.S. in 2011, Leslie provided independent accounting consulting services to a large, local non-profit organization. For nine years prior to that, Leslie worked at an international CPA firm as a manager in the audit practice working primarily with insurance and wireless telecommunications companies. In addition, Leslie served the CPA firm as a learning manager for two years. During that time she was responsible for developing, planning, deploying, and teaching classroom and virtual learning programs to audit and advisory professionals on the West coast. Leslie graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from George Fox University in 2001 and received her CPA certificate in 2002.

Lisa Anacker

Lisa provides financial statement assurance services for affordable housing, low income and historic tax credit projects. In addition, she provides income tax services for individuals and estates. Lisa has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Seattle University and a Certificate of Accountancy from North Seattle College. When she is not at work, Lisa enjoys traveling, photography and reading.

Olivia Sandoval

Olivia provides a variety of professional services including tax preparation for individuals and businesses as well as compliance services. Prior to working at the firm, Olivia worked as an operations manager for a non-profit and as a staff accountant for a local government office providing social services. Olivia attended Texas A&M University where she received a Master of Science in Entrepreneurial Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting. When she is not at work she enjoys spending her time hiking, camping, biking, and reading.

Steven Judd

Job Titles:

Steven is the Firm's audit and accounting principal. Steven provides a variety of professional services including financial statement and compliance services, tax credit consulting and compliance, management consulting, accounting system consulting, fraud and forensic accounting and consulting, internal control reviews and accounting systems consulting. Steven works with a variety of industries and types of organizations including not-for-profit organizations, municipal corporations, affordable housing, real estate developers, Low Income (Sec. 42), Historic and New Markets tax credit projects, professional service firms, construction contractors, and governmental agencies. Prior to joining Finney, Neill & Company, P.S., he worked for over five years with a large local CPA firm as part of the firm's management group in the audit and accounting department. Prior to entering public accounting, he worked for a not-for-profit organization where he was responsible for financial reporting, cash flow management and daily financial management. Steven also developed and managed the organization's fund accounting system. Steven graduated with honors from Seattle Pacific University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting.

Zach Rupp

As the Firm's tax and accounting shareholder, Zach provides a variety of services including financial statement assurance, compliance services, and individual, partnership and corporate tax services. He works with a variety of industries including not-for-profit organizations, construction contractors, service organizations and governmental agencies. Prior to joining Finney, Neill & Company, P.S. in 2010, Zach served as a director for a local non-profit organization. In that capacity, he was responsible for the preparation of financial statements, developing fundraising strategies, and leading groups of students on volunteer trips to Asia. Zach graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Taylor University in 1999.
