Prior to joining TransitionWorks, LLC as its President and CEO, Mr. Zagelmeyer was the Interim Executive Vice President of a large multinational staffing firm. He was responsible for firm wide Sales and Marketing and its specialty staffing recruitment lines including, Finance and Accounting, Information Technology, Creative, Human Resources, and Administrative. Prior to that role Mr. Zagelmeyer was the President of Futurestep North America, a Korn Ferry International company (NYSE: KFY). In that turnaround role Mr. Zagelmeyer was responsible for all operations in the United States and Canada. During his 4 year tenure with the firm the business grew to become the most profitable business within the global Korn Ferry business portfolio. Today this business is recognized as one of the leading global Recruitment Process Outsourcing businesses. Under a separate service line called Project Recruiting, he led the creation of several key practice areas including, Finance and Accounting, Healthcare, Sales and Marketing, Human Resources, and Information Technology. Mr. Zagelmeyer was the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of White Amber, the world's first end to end web based Vendor Management tool utilized in the staffing industry, and served on its Board of Directors. This business was originally funded by its founders and some of the leading private equity firms such as Venrock, RRE Ventures, First Union Capital, and Infinity Capital. White Amber was acquired by the Taleo Corporation of Canada and subsequently launched a successful initial public offering (NASDAQ: TLEO).

Ted Weyn

With over 30 years of services and startup market experience, Ted brings a unique skill set and leadership focus to the TransistionWorks team. Currently serving CEO of VDW Holdings, Ted is involved in several incubator projects, consulting on new growth strategies in expanding markets and supporting not for profit organizations with pro bono business strategy insights. During his professional career, Ted has created over a dozen successful start-up business ventures both for personal, private and public companies. All of these opportunities were focused on the human capital management services, technology and supply chain marketplace. After serving for 15 years in the Human Capital Management Services industry, Ted used his experiences to co-create one of the first web based procure-to-pay technology systems in the market. Upon sale of that venture, Ted launched a successful Services Procurement Consultancy that managed over $1B in customer transactions and saved his clients over 20% hard dollar costs through re-engineering processes and innovative solutions. A graduate of Fordham University, Ted has also served on the Advisory Board for the Sourcing Interests Group, business liaison to the Hunan Province in China and acts as a business adviser to the non-profit organization, Growing Leaders.
