Bob Falconi and his sisters Jeanne, Deb, and Dianne grew up in the construction business. Their father, Joe, started the family business in 1952. Bob started with their father as a youngster, and through daily exposure knew what he wanted to do early in life. Jeanne started working part-time in the office after school when she was 14 years old and full-time after graduating with a Business Management Degree. After getting their degrees in Business Management, Deb and Dianne joined the company full-time. "This is a real family business", says Bob.
