Falcon Northwest is located in Medford, Oregon where all of our PCs are designed, assembled, sold, shipped and supported. Most PC component suppliers, even other Oregon-based companies we use like Intel, have their parts manufacturing done overseas. But we keep what we can here in the US whenever possible. A lot of PC companies have sent their technical support jobs overseas. We don't believe in that. And we don't believe an outside technical support company can ever support you like the people that built the PC in the first place. We know our systems. We support our systems - right here... Our systems don't have model A, B, or C. In fact,..
