Jane Anderson - Director of Portfolio Operations Jane Anderson has been the Director of Portfolio Operations with Duffy Development since 2005. She graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations. She has been in the Property Management industry since 1990 and has held many positions in the field. Currently Jane is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of Duffy properties that are spread throughout the greater Minneapolis/St.Paul area. She holds her Minnesota real estate broker's license, she is a Housing Credit Certified Professional, and an Accredited Housing Manager.
Jeff Von Feldt serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Duffy Development Company. He has an extensive background in affordable housing including site selection, design, construction oversight and asset management. Prior to his 20+ years with the firm, he served as Senior Housing Development Officer with the Multifamily division of the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency and as the Director of Property Management for the Washington County Housing and Redevelopment Authority.
Jeff has a BS in Housing from the University of Minnesota and is a certified Housing Development Finance Professional. Jeff has served on several boards including HousingLink.org, Metro-wide Engagement on Shelter and Housing and the U of M College of Human Ecology Alumni Association. His volunteer activities also include Minnetonka youth sports, Kids Against Hunger West Metro and Mount Calvary Church.
Jeff is committed to the principal that safe affordable housing is the foundation of stability and self-sufficiency. He feels fortunate to work within a firm that reflects his values.
John Duffy has been the President of Duffy Development Company, Inc. since 1986. His company has developed and owned residential, office and office warehouse, as well as neighborhood retail projects throughout Minnesota, Wisconsin and northern Iowa. His prior experience had been 4 years as a project manager with Bechtel Inc. on the Alaskan Pipeline and 8 years as Design Director for R. Johnson Construction and Development, Inc.
John has served on dozens of state and civic committees over the years, as well as several professional organizations in the construction industry. He is especially proud of the philanthropic projects his company has built, and continues to fund, for households with homeless or handicapped family members.
Now that the kids are grown, John, and his wife Marcia, spend their time boating, traveling, and enjoying time with friends. He holds a Master of Science degree from Stanford University. He is a registered civil and structural engineer in several states.
