Don is the owner of 1068808 Ontario Inc. He founded it with his late wife, Kim in 1992. Don is a property manager who looks after a portfolio of properties and is responsible for overseeing the management of all condominium complexes under contract to Dickenson Condo Management. Don graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 1978, Queen's University Law School in 1982 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1984, after articling with a large real estate/commercial law firm in London. He subsequently resigned from the Law Society of Upper Canada in order to pursue a career in property management. His experience includes condominium design, construction and management as well as subdivision development and housing construction. Don has been managing condominiums since 1986 and is certified as a condominium manager by the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) and a Registered Condominium Manager by the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO). Don is a former director of the London Chapter of CCI.
Heather graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 2009 with a major in French, followed by a degree in International Development from York University in 2011. She then pursued a career in banking and investment management in Toronto, completing her Canadian Securities Course (C.S.C.) in 2016. Heather returned to London in 2017 to pursue a career in property management and has become certified as a Registered Condominium Manager with the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) in 2020 and is licensed under the Condominium Management Services Act. Heather is a member of the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) and regularly attends CCI and ACMO seminars to ensure her education is current. Heather is the most recent Property Manager to join the Dickenson Condo Management team and is focused on growing her portfolio. Heather is the daughter of Don and Kim Dickenson.
Jennifer graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 2008, majoring in Medical Sciences and French. Jennifer worked in for Dickenson Condo Management while attending university and joined the staff full-time in 2010. She was certified as a Registered Condominium Manager with the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) in 2013 and is licensed pursuant to the Condominium Management Services Act. Jennifer is a member of the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) and is currently on the Board of Directors of the London and Area Chapter. Jennifer regularly attends CCI and ACMO seminars to ensure her education is current. Jennifer manages high rise, town house and vacant land complexes in London and St. Thomas and is the daughter of Don and Kim Dickenson.
