Alex and Aki met in a hospital during a "code blue", Aki was doing CPR and Alex was working the defibrillator. It was love at first chest compression when Alex and Aki locked eyes during the resuscitation. Fast-forward to 20 years of patient care in EMS and Nursing under their belts, and Defib This began to form as an idea in Alex's mind. Alex started Defib This, originally named "Emergency Response Training, Inc" in their home's garage in 2010... At Defib Academy and Defib This, we loot for hearts and minds.
