Adrian has over 29 years of construction cost management experience both in Australian and the United Kingdom.
He has broad market sector experience, gained working across many building sectors and for a variety of client organisations.
Adrian's project experience includes the Brisbane City Hall Restoration, Suncorp Stadium, Rockhampton Hospital Expansion, and Capri by Frasers, Brisbane.
Adrian has a strong eye for detail, while also ensuring the "big picture" perspective is maintained throughout the duration of a project.
Adrian is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
A versatile and dedicated construction management professional, Alasdair's industry experience spans over 42 years, 20 of which as a Professional Quantity Surveyor.
Working across international markets, including the Solomon Islands, PNG, Guam, Fiji, India, UK, USA, Malaysia and Russia, Alasdair has developed an extensive track record of consistently achieving outstanding project outcomes.
Locally, Alasdair has been involved in a number of projects across many sectors including defence, commercial, retail, hotels, residential, civic, civil and education.
As a defence sector expert, Alasdair has extensive knowledge of the Defence's MCC1-2003 Managing Contract and the expectations from the Managing Contractor and Defence in project deliverables.

An Associate Director of our Victorian Quantity Surveying team, Allen has extensive experience in cost managing and cost planning for complex institutional projects. He adopts a thorough approach to the establishment and cost management of project budgets.
Allen's project experience spans across a wide variety of sectors and locations, having delivered projects in Australia and South Africa. His sector experience has included, but is not limited to, Education, Health, Residential, Retail, and Industrial. Allen was involved in the successful delivery of The Royal Women's Hospital, Flinders Street Station Refurbishment, and the Victorian Emergency Management Training Centre.
Allen's comprehensive cost management knowledge ensures projects are delivered both effectively and efficiently. In particular, his attention to detail in the early cost planning phases of a project provides confidence that your project has a solid foundation.

Andrew Loh brings exceptional skills in the fields of project and cost management of infrastructure and building projects.
His extensive experience covers over 18 years in the construction industry, focusing on measurement and cost management of major infrastructure and heavy engineering projects.
Andrew's experience therefore spans a number of key sectors including water, rail, roads, port, oil & gas, health, commercial and residential building.
In more recent years Andrew has provided these services on projects using the EPCM, Alliance and Program Alliance models to both private and public clients. In addition, he has provided Lenders' Technical Advisory services on the North East Link and Circular Quay Precinct Renewal Projects.

Atish has progressed his quantity surveying career through a loyal client base and proven leadership. He offers enthusiasm, commitment and drive to achieve project objectives; and brings a wealth of experience across a range of sectors including health, commercial, retail, arts and culture, government, residential, infrastructure and justice.
Atish's career began in Fiji and New Zealand, working on major shopping centres, such as the Ormiston Town Centre, The Base at Hamilton as well as office redevelopments in Wellington and Auckland. He was also a member of the cost management team responsible for a major upgrade of the existing Tauranga Hospital.
More recently, he has been highly involved in the city rail link infrastructure developments in New Zealand, as well as iconic residential projects in Melbourne, including Altus at 238 Harbour Esplanade, Docklands - which sets a new standard of living, comprising 299 prestigious apartments, a lap pool, business lounge, restaurant, bar and café, as well as a stunning rooftop sky deck and world-class hotel.

Belinda specialises in major and complex programme delivery with a background which encompasses client, contractor & consultant roles enabling market leading expertise. She is a trusted advisor to many clients and has led teams to successfully deliver complex projects. She epitomises a collaborative and engaging approach in all aspects of project delivery to achieve successful completion.
Belinda is passionate about promoting and supporting diversity and equity in the property and construction industry is part of numerous initiatives and organisations.
Belinda is a Director of TEN Women and is the Deputy Chair of the Property Council of Australia (PCA) Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. She also sits on RMIT University Industry Advisory Committee (Property, Construction and Project Management).

A valued member of the DCWC team for over 10 years, Ben is an Associate Director in Project Management. He is an adept Project Manager and team leader with extensive experience across a broad range of sectors such as rail, aviation, education, aged care and major roads projects. This experience has derived from a background in construction with tier one contractors and client-side project management covering both building and civil infrastructure.
Ben has significant industry experience and has recently managed the development and delivery of major rail infrastructure projects including several major Regional Rail Revival projects. These include the Murray Basin Rail Project, Warrnambool Line Upgrades (Stages 1 & 2), Bendigo to Echuca Track Upgrades and the Shepperton Line Upgrade, as well as the Geelong Fast Rail.

Callum is an Associate of the Victorian Project Management Team with a wealth of experience having worked in both Australia and in the UK on large, complex Education, Refurbishment, Commercial / Retail, Healthcare and Industrial projects.

Since commencing with DCWC, Chris has developed his delivery skills and built strong relationships across numerous clients and sectors. Chris has delivered a number of key projects with DCWC including Scape Student Accommodation ($100M) and Werribee Vet School ($65M.)
More recently, Chris was the Project Manager on the $150M Deakin LC Building which has recently successfully achieved Practical Completion. Chris is now leading Victoria University's City Tower project ($250M) as well as Vicinity's new Emporium Birdcage. Chris brings strong design and technical skills to each of his projects and across a range of sectors.

Christine is an accomplished senior manager and strategic health planner. As Health Sector Leader, Christine is committed to the organisation's "joined up thinking" within the health sector, advocating a unified approach to project and program delivery.
Christine's high level of professional expertise is complemented by a strong background in senior operational roles within the public and private sectors in both Australia and the UK.
Christine has core skills in service planning, change management, business operations, stakeholder engagement and management and project management. She effectively combines conceptual and analytical skills to highlight solutions and opportunities for the effective use of resources, and to identify the key milestones and interdependencies of complex infrastructure projects.
Christine has experience in leading roles on major health capital projects. This includes the Casey Hospital Redevelopment, Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre (VCCC) and the New Bendigo Hospital and Eastern Health Redevelopment (Box Hill Hospital). Her role involved the development of functional briefs, service planning and design reviews.
Craig is a Chartered Accountant who has held senior finance positions with large private and ASX listed service organisations in both Australia and the United Kingdom. He has extensive financial management, corporate structuring and strategic expertise.

David joined DCWC in 2012 and helped establish and build the DCWC Adelaide office. He brought over 10 years' international experience working with major retail and university clients. David has recently been appointed Director of the VIC Quantity Surveying team.

Dean Bradbury is a Project Manager with over 15 years of experience. Having commenced his career within Engineering Consultancies as a Civil Designer, Dean progressed to the project management and superintending of residential, commercial, retail, education, and building services projects with client-side practices.
He has crossover capabilities with significant background and experience in Quantity Surveying. Experienced in tier 1 contracting, his site-based roles have entailed quantity surveying, procurement, contract administration, and commercial management in the delivery of building construction and infrastructure projects.

An Associate Quantity Surveyor based in DCWC's Perth office, Gary has over 18 years experience working on public and private projects across numerous sectors within the construction industry such as residential, hospitality, commercial and infrastructure.
Gary was involved in the site preparation quantity surveying works for the Gorgon Project at Barrow Island, WA which involved large scale bulk excavations, dredging, land reclamation and land stabilising.
With expertise across all facets of the quantity surveying profession, Gary's achievements at DCWC are demonstrated by his high work standards and positive stakeholder relationships.
Since joining Donald Cant Watts Corke in 1983, Glenn has been a valuable asset of the company.
Initially appointed Project Director, he was promoted to Group Managing Director in 1999.
Glenn's list of quantity surveying projects is extensive and diverse, from Private Public Partnerships (PPP), through to the commercial, retail, health, research and civic sectors. He has significant expertise in the provision of specialist quantity surveying and feasibility advice, strategic and procurement advice, peer reviews, internal cost management reviews, client liaison and value management.
As Managing Director, Glenn has been responsible for broadening the services provided by Donald Cant Watts Corke to include engineering services cost management, project management, advisory, facilities management and infrastructure, as well as expanding the business from its Melbourne and Canberra bases to include Sydney, Brisbane, Townsville, Perth, Darwin and Adelaide. He is also the driver of ensuring good corporate governance, strong leadership and shaping the strategic direction of the Group.
Under his Directorship, the company has grown from 12 to 180 employees.
Glenn has a Diploma of Quantity Surveying; and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (FAIQS).

Henry is an Associate Director within the Project Management team and is currently managing a team of project managers supporting the delivery of airside infrastructure projects for Melbourne Airport, including M3R (Melbourne Airport's 3rd Runway program), the Apron Development Program, Dual Taxilane Project, Airfield Compliance Program, and the Airfield Asset Management Program.
With over 20 years of civil engineering experience, Henry has a comprehensive background in client side delivery, project management consultancy and Tier 1 contractors. He has overseen the delivery of projects through the full range of lifecycle phases from concept design through to implementation.
Prior to his current role on the M3R program, Henry has successfully delivered over $2B worth of work for clients including Melbourne Airport, Heathrow Airport, the Department of Transport, VicRoads and private clients in the renewable energy sector. Projects of note he has delivered include the Taxiway Zulu, Southern Apron Expansion, Airfield Lighting System Upgrade projects for Melbourne Airport, Airside and Landside Pavement Refurbishment programs for Heathrow, Dynon Port Rail Link and Westall Station Upgrade for DoT and the MacArthur Wind Farm for AGL.

Jason brings over 25 years' of architectural, design and project management experience to the DCWC team. Specialising in complex projects in live environments, Jason is a passionate and detailed Project Manager.
Jason has worked on a wide range of large-scale, technically challenging projects including large civil and infrastructure redevelopment projects, along with master-planned communities, environmental, sport and recreation, education, research and commercial sector projects.
Jason's knowledge and approach builds and maintains strong employer, client and stakeholder relationships and a collaborative team approach to project delivery. Jason has worked on major projects such as the Fishermans Bend Campus Melbourne University, Australian Institutes of Infectious Disease at Melbourne University and the Monash Learning Building.
Jason is also part of the PCA Education committee for Victoria.

Jim has worked in the North Queensland region since the early 1990s, bringing over 27 years construction industry experience to our team.
During his career, Jim has been responsible for the operation of the Cost Management Division within a multi-disciplined regional consultancy. He has also worked as a Senior Cost Planner with major Tier 1 and Tier 2 construction companies.
Jim has been responsible for the delivery of a variety of different projects such as Battlefield Airlifter Main Operation Base project at RAAF Base Amberley, Lavarack Barracks Redevelopment Stage 2, 3 & 4, Stockland Townsville Redevelopment, Kising Point Development, Blue Care Mt Louisa and Flinders Mall Upgrade.
In addition Jim has been involved in numerous projects at regional airports such as Townsville, Mackay, Mt Isa and Cloncurry.

John is an experienced Project Director and Superintendent with extensive experience in leading some of Melbourne's largest building and private infrastructure projects ensuring excellent project outcomes delivered safely on time and budget.
An expert stakeholder manager, John possesses great skill in both planning and commercial negotiations. With a programmed approach and a strategic vision John is highly experienced in the reduction of project risk, driving the identification of potential construction risk and the implementation of mitigation strategies.
John is experienced in the management and administration of a range of contracts, but in particular D&C, with a strong focus on quality requirements and adherence to detailed PPRs, with exacting quality and program requirements. John is adept at establishing collaborative project teams where everyone has a voice, but everyone, client, engineers, and contractor, are heard and respected, but everyone is clear on their deliverables. John's skills managing large scale programs of work is augmented by his vast experience in the expert management of project budgets, program, and quality requirements.
John's portfolio of knowledge and capability is far reaching across various markets with specialty skills in, aviation, transport infrastructure and tertiary education sectors. He is currently the Project Director on Melbourne Airport's Third Runway, and has recently been the Project Director leading a team of 15 on a $3B program of works for Melbourne Airport which included Taxiway Zulu (Melbourne Airport's largest airfield project since its original construction in 1971), the Southern Precinct Program, which comprised, the new Terminal 4, southern precinct roads including the elevated road, new 2,800 car carpark and transport hub, southern airfield and Piers F and G, the redevelopment and expansion of the International Terminal including gates, airline lounges, baggage, pier and new aprons and taxiways.
Prior to this, John managed $1B of Melbourne's major tertiary education projects including RMIT's Swanston Academic Building, University of Melbourne's "Economics & Commerce Building and University of Melbourne's University Square precinct which comprised a 5,000-car underground carpark, 50,000m2 NLA over 3 buildings and associated infrastructure urban planning.

A valued member of the DCWC team since 2013, Josh has gained a reputation for being a diligent and detail orientated Associate Project Manager. Initially delivering projects at Melbourne Airport including Terminal 4, the Terminal 4 Carpark and the Southern Precinct Civil Program, Josh has transitioned into the delivery of Secondary and Tertiary Education projects for several clients, including Monash University and the Victorian Schools Building Authority.
Josh has developed a broad skill base from feasibility to project delivery and superintendency. Highly passionate regarding his work and quality outcomes, Josh has a strong focus on client relationships and his collaborative communication style ensures key drivers and requirements of each project are continuously delivered on time and within scope.

Keith has spent 33 years in the construction, property and infrastructure industry. 13 years experience in the Northern Territory market, alongside opening our Darwin office in 2014.
Prior to this, Keith developed a great deal of experience working in the UK in a professional quantity surveying role. He has skills in procurement methods including traditional, design and build and negotiated contracts and has considerable experience in all aspects of the profession.
Keith's Northern Territory project experience includes the Alice Springs Hospital Fire Rectification and Teaching and Training Facility, Adelaide River Off Stream Water Storage and Desalination Project, Lee Point Road Duplication, Charles Darwin Centre Fitout and a large number of Defence Project Delivery Services projects throughout the NT.

Marcus brings over 20 years' architectural and project management experience working extensively on delivery strategies including staging, consequential and enabling works, procurement methodology, existing site surveys and operational impacts.

The $200M NAS project is a new build and refurbishment project within the CBD with works being undertaken within a live environment with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

His expertise in pre-contract services covering feasibility, cost planning and estimating, and comparative cost analysis has contributed to the success of many clients across Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
Mark's considerable knowledge in a range of industry sectors allows him to make strategic decisions that meet project objectives on time and within budget. He brings an extensive experience on a wide range of projects in commercial, residential and mix-used development across property, construction and infrastructure, he is a highly respected, adaptable and strategic professional.

Donald Cant Watts Corke has recently signed a five year agreement with the Robert Connor Dawes Foundation (RCD). The RCD Foundation works tirelessly to support brain matters projects in the areas of research, care and development - to fund the science to end paediatric brain cancer and support patients in the meantime.
