Barry Volpert co-founded Crestview in 2004 and is a partner and the CEO, as well as the chairman of the Investment Committee. He specializes in complex and contrarian investment themes arising out of major dislocations or restructurings. Barry retired as a partner of Goldman Sachs in 2003, where he spent 18 years as a co-founder and ultimately co-COO of the global private equity business. Among his responsibilities at Goldman Sachs, Barry led the international private equity business while based in London for six years and founded the private credit business. Barry is currently a director of Venerable Holdings and WOW!, and was previously a director of Industrial Media, Key Safety Systems, Lancashire Holdings, Oxbow Carbon and ValueOptions. He also serves as a member of the Dean's Advisory Board at Harvard Law School and the Board of Overseers for the Hoover Institution at Stanford University, as well as an elected council member of the Sagaponack Village Erosion Control District. Barry received a J.D., magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School, where he was an editor of the Law Review. He received an M.B.A., with high distinction, from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar. Prior to joining Crestview, Bill helped form Aperture Equity Partners, an independent sponsor, where he was a member of the investment team. Previously, he was a vice president at Gallatin Point Capital, where he focused on opportunistic private equity and structured investments across the financial services sector. Bob Delaney joined Crestview as a partner in 2007 and is a member of the Investment Committee. Bob serves on the boards of directors of Victory Capital Management and Upwell Water. Prior to joining Crestview, Bob was a partner at Goldman Sachs where he served in a variety of leadership positions, including head of the private equity business in Asia and head of the global leveraged finance group. Bob helped expand Goldman's private equity business in Asia by establishing the private equity business in Japan and then leading the private equity business for all of Asia. During Bob's leadership of the leveraged finance group, Goldman Sachs became one of the market leaders in high yield debt and leveraged loans. During this time, Bob also led the firm's workout advisory and restructuring business. Bob began his career as a public accountant at Arthur Anderson and was a CPA. Bob received an M.B.A. with high distinction from Harvard Business School where he was a Baker Scholar. He received an M.S. in Accounting with distinction from NYU Stern School of Business. Bob received a B.A., summa cum laude, from Hamilton College where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He is a vice chairman and trustee of Hamilton College where he also is chair of the investment committee which manages the college's endowment.

Bob Hurst joined Crestview as a partner in 2005 and became a vice chairman in 2017. Bob retired as vice chairman of Goldman Sachs in June 2004. At Goldman Sachs, Bob spent 30 years in a variety of leadership positions, including head of the investment banking division from 1990 to 1999. Following Goldman Sachs' IPO, Bob became vice chairman and a member of the board of directors and focused on firm-wide matters in addition to client responsibilities. Bob is currently a director of Oxbow Carbon and Victory Capital. He is co-chair of DHB, a public SPAC. Bob is a senior director of Goldman Sachs and has served on the board of directors of over a dozen public and private companies. He has been active in the nonprofit sector, formerly serving as chairman of the board of directors of the National Cybersecurity Center and the Aspen Music Festival and School. He was also the former chairman and president of the board and the current chairman of the executive committee of the Whitney Museum of American Art, a trustee and member of the executive committee of The Aspen Institute, chairman emeritus of the Jewish Museum and a former member of the board of overseers of The Wharton School. Bob was appointed by Governor John Hickenlooper to the Colorado Economic Development Commission (now retired) and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Bob was also founding CEO of the 9/11 United Services Group, the coordinating arm for 13 social service agencies involved in the relief activities, including the Red Cross. He previously served on the board of directors of JR Automation. Before re-joining Crestview, Bradford was a principal at CC Capital, a private investment firm, where he helped lead the firm's investing efforts in the technology-enabled services, consumer and financial services sectors. Prior to CC Capital, Bradford was a vice president and associate at Crestview where he focused on investments across a variety of industries. He started his career at Barclays in 2010 as an analyst in the firm's mergers & acquisitions group. Christina Wing is a senior advisor at Crestview. She is a member of the faculty at Harvard Business School ("HBS"). Christina primarily researches topics surrounding families in business and has created a course titled Demystifying Families in Business, which covers family dynamics, operating companies, family offices and legacy opportunities. She co-chairs the executive education program, Families in Business and teaches family office and HBS/Young Presidents' Organization programs. Christina is in the Technology and Operations Management Unit at HBS and teaches first-year Technology Operations Management (TOM) and Leadership and Corporate Accountability (LCA) courses. She gives speeches on topics related to families in business, leadership and understanding the different chapters of life. Christina is a co-founder of Wingspan Legacy Partners, an advisory firm for families and founders. Wingspan takes a holistic approach, listening and advising the family, the family business, the family wealth and family legacy. Christina believes families have a disproportionate ability to affect society, and with the correct leadership, they can be global leaders. Prior to teaching at HBS and creating Wingspan, Christina held a variety of roles within the finance and general management fields. She was most recently president and CEO of a family office where she oversaw a team of people and assets within real estate, art, collectables, private investments and philanthropic activities. Christina was in finance and operations at a startup venture formed by several of her HBS classmates that she joined in the early stages. She began her career focusing on equities and energy investment banking at Goldman Sachs and Kidder Peabody. Prior to founding Aleph in 2013, Hugues was the head of the Merchant Banking division of Goldman Sachs in Europe between 2009 and 2012 and the head of the Principal Investment Area of Goldman Sachs in Europe between 2006 and 2012. He joined Goldman Sachs in New York in 1990 and was a partner of the firm for 12 years, between 2000 and 2012. At Goldman Sachs, he spent most of his career building the Principal Investment Area and Merchant Banking franchises in Europe and established Goldman Sachs as one of the leading principal investors in Europe in private equity, credit and infrastructure investing. He was also a member of the European Management Committee between 2008 and 2012. Jason Luo is an operating executive at Crestview. Jason was president and chief executive officer of Key Safety Systems, a realized Fund I portfolio company, and the former chairman and CEO of Ford China. He also served as interim president and chief executive officer of Accuride Corporation and Chairman of SF motor. Jason began his career at Key Safety Systems in 1997 as director of engineering. Jeff Marcus joined Crestview as a partner in 2004 and became a vice chairman in 2017. A long-time media and communications entrepreneur, Jeff was the founder, chairman and CEO of Marcus Cable, which at the time of its sale in 1998, was the largest privately held cable television company in the U.S. Jeff also founded an earlier cable company, Marcus Communications, which was merged into Western Tele-Communications, and Jeff became CEO of the renamed company, WestMarc Communications. Jeff also served as CEO and president of AMFM (formerly Chancellor Media), which at the time was the nation's second largest radio company. Jeff is the chairman of WOW!. He previously served as a member of other public and private company boards including Camping World Holdings, Charter Communications, Insight Communications, OneLink Communications, Brinker International, WestMarc Communications, NEP Group and DS Services, where he served as chairman. Jeff received a B.A. in economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

She also serves as chief transformation officer for OneMagnify, a leader in global marketing solutions and a Fund IV portfolio company. Jill previously held the position of chief administrative officer for LionTree LLC, an M&A advisory firm specializing in the telecom, media and technology sectors. She also served as executive vice president of human resources ("HR") and administration at Sotheby's and spent more than 20 years at Condé Nast leading the HR group for over a decade until her appointment as chief administrative officer. Early in her career, Jill held senior human resources roles at American Express. Jill has been a board director and chair of the compensation committee for WOW! since 2017. In 2022, she was appointed to the board of directors of Interactive Brokers Group, Inc., an automated global electronic broker, and has been a board director for Michigan-based data services management firm, Service Express, since 2020. Following her completion of the Deloitte Board-Ready-Women Program in 2016, Jill served on the board of former Crestview company, Cumulus Media. Prior to joining Crestview, Karen spent the last 15 years of her career with other leading global alternative asset managers, most recently as vice president, head of facilities at Pine River Capital Management, L.P., a hedge fund with locations in the U.S., Europe and Asia. While at Pine River, Karen was responsible for facilities management, lease renewals and vendor relations as well as many construction and renovation projects. Karen's prior experience includes roles in the U.S. and U.K. focused on facilities, operations and administration.

Lindsey King joined Crestview in 2012 and is a partner. She is responsible for managing all investor and consultant relationships, fundraising and marketing. Lindsey is also a member of the Responsible Investing Committee. Prior to joining Crestview, she led investor relationships at Macquarie. She also worked in Citigroup's investment strategy group, analyzing healthcare companies and advising clients on their investments. Lindsey served on the board of directors of NYDJ Apparel. Lindsey received a B.S. with an emphasis in finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She is a CFA charter holder.

Lydia Kaup joined Crestview in 2024 after graduating magna cum laude from Yale University with a B.A. in mathematics and philosophy. Lydia returned to Crestview after interning with the firm as a Girls Who Invest Scholar in 2022. Prior to joining Crestview as an analyst, she also completed an internship in the leveraged finance group at Goldman Sachs.

Mark Patricof is an operating executive at Crestview. Considered a digital media pioneer, technology investor and seasoned investment banker, he has advised and invested in a wide range of leading traditional and digital media and entertainment companies and transactions. Mark is the founder of Patricof Co, a highly specialized private investment platform designed to meet the needs of a select group of athletes and sports professionals. Mark previously served as managing director and co-head of Houlihan Lokey's technology, media and telecommunications group, following Houlihan Lokey's acquisition of MESA Global. Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mark was a co-founder and managing partner at MESA Global, a boutique investment bank focused on providing M&A advisory, private placement and structured finance services to high-growth companies across the media and entertainment landscape. He also managed MESA Ventures, an early-stage venture fund that partnered with top-tier VCs to invest in e-commerce, advertising technology and digital content companies around the globe. Prior to MESA, Mark was founder and CEO of KPE, an incubator/digital studio that financed, designed and built businesses for media and entertainment industry clients such as the BBC, CBS, Disney, Hearst and Viacom. Mark served as president and CEO of the company until it was sold to Omnicom. Mark began his career at Creative Artists Agency in Los Angeles. Mark received a B.A. from Emory University, was a Clio Award winner and a former finalist for Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year. He currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Bully Pulpit International and Hornblower Holdings, and was formerly a member of the board of directors of the New York City Economic Development Corporation. Mark is also the longstanding board chair for New York-based nonprofit New Heights.

Mike DuBose is an operating executive at Crestview. He has extensive experience leading businesses in a variety of industries with a focus on industrials. Mike is the executive chairman of Convergix Automation and a member of the board of directors of SyBridge Technologies. He is the former executive chairman and co-CEO of JR Automation and former member of the board of directors of TenCate Grass. Before joining JR Automation, Mike led the transformations of global telecom equipment engineering and manufacturing firm, Purcell Systems, and advanced technology portable power medical device-focused engineering and manufacturing firm, Micro Power, with a focus on value creation via efficiency improvements, strategy, global product development and process enhancement. Prior to joining Micro Power, Mike led the successful turnaround and restructuring of Vertis Communications, earning the Turnaround of the Year award from Global M&A Network. Mike served as chairman of Anthony International, chairman, president and CEO of Aftermarket Technology (NASDAQ: ATAC) and chairman and CEO of Grimes Aerospace Company. His prior experience also includes executive positions at SAIC, General Instrument and General Electric Company in medical, defense, commercial aerospace, power systems and other technology related businesses. Rich DeMartini joined Crestview as a partner in 2005 and retired as a partner to become a vice chairman in 2021. Prior to Crestview, Rich served as president of the Bank of America Wealth and Asset Management Group from March 2001 until December 2004. At Bank of America, Rich was responsible for all wealth and asset management activities and oversaw approximately $400 billion in assets under management. He was also a member of Bank of America's operating committee. Prior to Bank of America, Rich retired from Morgan Stanley where he served as chairman and CEO of the international private client group. His 26-year career at Morgan Stanley included roles as president of individual asset management and co-president of Dean Witter & Company, Inc. and chairman of Discover Card. He was also a member of the Morgan Stanley management committee. Rich is a former director of Capital Bank Financial and Fidelis Insurance Holdings, is a founding member of Partners Capital and currently serves as a director of Victory Capital Management. He is also a trustee and chairman of the Whitney Museum of American Art. Rich has served as chairman of the board of the NASDAQ Stock Market and vice chairman of the board of directors of the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. Rich received a Bachelor of Arts from San Diego State University.

Rick Hendrix is an operating executive at Crestview. Rick previously served as chairman and chief executive officer of FBR & Co., a realized Fund I portfolio company. Prior to being named CEO of FBR & Co., Rick served in a variety of capacities, including chief operating officer, chief investment officer and co-head of investment banking. Before FBR's merger with FBR Asset Investment Corporation in 2003, Rick served as the president and chief operating officer of FBR Asset and was responsible for its mortgage-backed securities and merchant banking businesses. Prior to joining FBR & Co. in 1999, Rick was a managing director in PNC's investment banking group, and previously led both PNC's asset-backed securities business and its large corporate banking business in the Midwest. Rick is the CEO of Live Oak Mobility Acquisition Corp and Live Oak Crestview Climate Acquisition Corp. He is also the founder and managing partner of Live Oak Merchant Partners. Additionally, Rick serves on the board of directors of Danimer Scientific and Navitas Semiconductor. Rick received a B.S. in finance from Miami University.

He is from Sydney, Australia and graduated from The University of Sydney with a B. Commerce, majoring in finance and business analytics.
Ron Feldeisen is an operating executive at Crestview focused on revenue generation and growth. Ron most recently served as chief revenue officer at Electric Last Mile Solutions. Ron was a senior vice president of global sales and marketing at JR Automation, a realized Fund III portfolio company. While at JR Automation, he executed a commercial integration and growth strategy that expanded the company's customer base and end market diversification. Ron also served as a senior vice president of global sales and marketing at Key Safety Systems, a realized Fund I portfolio company. Ron has held several leadership roles within the engineering, operations, program management and sales departments at Key Safety Systems.
