D.J. McCallister has over 15 years of experience in business management and corporate finance. He started his first business at 22 years old and from there went on to earn his MBA at DePaul University's Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, with a double major in Financial Analysis and Management Information Systems. D.J. served as Senior Financial Analyst for Exelon Corporation in their Shared Services division and later as manager of ComEd's payment processing unit. Following his work at Exelon, D.J. chose to follow a long-time passion and start Black Swan Brewpub, a small restaurant and brewery on Indianapolis' southwest side. D.J. successfully owned and operated Black Swan for 10 years before selling the business in January 2020. In addition to his MBA, D.J. is also a Certified Management Accountant, a designation that emphasizes accounting and finance expertise as well as strategic management and business planning. At RYAN, D.J. brings his excitement for corporate finance and his experience as a business owner together to help the team advance their strategy and meet objectives.

Elizabeth Beam started with RYAN as a Human Resources Coordinator and quickly promoted to our Human Resources Manager and then Human Resources Director. Since joining RYAN in 2020, Elizabeth has led the team on a complete overhaul of the HRIS and Employee Management System, to effectively streamline all Human Resources and Payroll functions. She has worked diligently to improve the employee experience and engagement, through technology and a hands-on approach. Elizabeth has over 8 years of experience in Human Resources and Staffing and specializes in benefits administration, multi-state payroll, compliance, performance management, onboarding, employee relations, retention, program management, training, policy development and implementation, business development, and full cycle recruiting in a variety of industries including Government Security. Elizabeth received her CSP from the American Staffing Association (ASA), with a focus on Federal and State employment law. She pursued her BFA in Video Game Design from the Academy of Art University and brings a variety of marketing, animation, graphic design, and IT skills to the team. Elizabeth adheres to a Lean Six Sigma approach and has proven to be a versatile and valued leader within the RYAN team.
Prior to joining Ryan Consulting Group, Gabriel spent over 25 years in the financial services and financial education industries. Born and raised in Allentown, Pennsylvania, he and his wife Latisha have four children and reside in Houston, Texas.

Mrs. Aisha Smith started her journey at RYAN in 2007 serving as a Senior Proposal Manager for 12 years. While serving as Senior Proposal Manager, Mrs. Smith was responsible for directing cross-functional teams in preparing qualifications, technical responses, and cost estimates in response to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) for Federal, State, and Commercial clients - generating over $40M in revenue. Mrs. Smith modernized RYAN's existing proposal management process to align with industry best practices such as CMMI®, PMBOK®, and Shipley providing for better consistency of content. In 2019, Mrs. Smith was promoted to Director of Operations. As Director of Operations, Mrs. Smith was responsible for the service delivery and managing customer relationships across Federal, State, and Commercial Information Technology (IT) services contracts. Mrs. Smith graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology from Purdue University and received her Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Keith established RYAN in October 2001, driven by a strong commitment to diversity and professional development within the company. He successfully participated in the Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) Program, earning recognition as a high performer and model participant from Director Linda McMahon, both during and after graduating from the 8(a) Program. Keith considered "integrity" to be the core value that best defined RYAN.
