Mr. Jugal Thacker (DIN: 00015460), Independent Director of the Company. He is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and posses more than 25 years of experience in the field of finance, taxation and investment.
Mr. Milin Jagdish Ramani (DIN: 07697636), Non-Executive-Independent Director of the Company appointed w.e.f. September 23, 2020 .Mr. Milin Ramani is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and has sound experience of more than 4 years in the field of secretarial and other requisite regulatory compliances with various statutory bodies. Further, he is an Independent and NonExecutive Director on the Board of various Companies including listed entities in India. He always has endeavors to adopt the best practices and the highest standards of Corporate Governance through transparency in business ethics and accountability for the benefit of the shareholders and other stakeholders at large. As a Director of the Company Mr. Milin Jagdish Ramani contributes on the compliance and Corporate Governance aspect and brings in value addition to the Company.
Mrs. Annu Agrawal (DIN: 00014487), the Promoter Director of the Company. She is a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from the Banaras Hindu University. She is also an active socialist and works towards welfare of the society.
Mrs. Apeksha Santosh Kadam (DIN:08878724), Non-Executive Director of the Company appointed w.e.f. September 23, 2020. Mrs. Apeksha Kadam has studied Master of Business Administration from National Institute of Management (NIM). As a Director of the Company Mrs. Apeksha Santosh Kadam contributes on the compliance and Corporate Governance aspect and brings in value addition to the Company.
