Founded in 1974, CBS has a long track record of providing data processing services to governmental and business communities. Our mission is to 'provide our clients data processing services with accurate, timely, state-of-the-art technology.' Over the past 30 years, we have grown from a local company serving regional clients to a respected nationwide provider of comprehensive database solutions... Our projects have covered a wide range of government activities and agencies in numerous states. For example, in 1997, we worked with the State of North Carolina Board of Elections to create a voter registration database for 99 counties with more than 4 million voters. In 1996, the Missouri Secretary of State contracted with CBS to compile voter registration information into a database.
