Antoinette has over 15 years of experience in the Intellectual Property arena. Her expertise ranges from trademark, service marks, patents, and designs, as well as domain names.
Ms. Singh began her career in Bermuda's Intellectual Property office in 2004. She has her Paralegal Certificate in Law and Legal Practice and is in the process of obtaining her Level 3 Professional Diploma in Law and Practice. Ms. Singh has completed WIPO courses and internal courses for Vienna Classification of Trademarks, Ptolemy and Acsepto.
Ms. Singh has travelled to Washington DC to participate in WIPO's programs and trained with examiners from the Bahamas, United Kingdom and Trinidad and Tobago, thus expanding her knowledge of IP examinations.

Craig was the Chairman of the Permanent Arbitration Tribunal and Essential Industries Disputes Tribunal from 2013 - 2021 and is presently a member of the Employment and Labour Relations Tribunal.
Craig is a Director and Head of the Litigation Department. He has significant experience acting across a breadth of civil litigation matters. His practice focuses primarily on employment and personal injury matters but he is a regular advocate before the Supreme Court and Magistrates' Court on contractual, property, construction and landlord & tenant disputes.
David's principal areas of practice are commercial transactions including Intellectual Property and telecommunications matters and trusts. He is a member of the Honourable Society of Gray's Inn and the Bermuda Bar Association. David has served as a member of the Planning Department Development Applications Board and as Chairman of the Mental Health Licence Tribunal.
David practices in the area of corporate and commercial litigation/arbitration. He has particular expertise in relation to insolvency and restructuring matters, insurance and reinsurance disputes, advising on hostile takeovers and shareholders' disputes and acting on breach of trust claims.
David served as Secretary of the Bermuda Bar Council from 1999 to 2001, Vice-President in 2001-2002 and its President from 2003 to 2005.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a member of the Executive Council of the Bermuda Branch of the Institute. He is a member of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board and an Honorary member of the Center for International Legal Studies. He is the Chairman of the Professional Conduct Comittee.
David is the author of the Bermuda chapter on International Execution against Judgement Debtors, published by the Center for International Legal Studies.
As well as practicing as an advocate, David sits occasionally as an Acting Justice of the Supreme Court and as an arbitrator.
He is a member of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple and the Bermuda Bar Association.

Evin practises in all areas of corporate and commercial law, advising a wide range of international and local clients. Evin has assisted on a number of matters relating to asset financing, particularly shipping financing, banking and finance transactions. He has also assisted in advising on mergers and acquisitions of both local and international companies, the migration of corporate entities into and out of Bermuda and establishment of Bermuda special purpose vehicles including the registration of Bermuda registered captive insurers.
Evin joined CHW in 2022 and was admitted to the Bermuda Bar in 2023.

Fiona is a member of the corporate and commercial department advising on all matters of corporate law in general and the formation and regulation of investment funds, investment businesses, managers and brokers in particular. Fiona has in depth knowledge of corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and is spearheading the firm's digital practice with a focus on broader applications of blockchain technology.
Fiona previously worked for several multi-national law firms headquartered in the British Virgin Islands and Bermuda.

Lenny joined CHW in August 2010. He has over 10 years experience in both local and international trust administration. He has a BA (Hons) Accounting and Finance from Nottingham Trent University. He was awarded the Diploma in International Trust Management of the Society of Trust and Estate Planning (TEP) in January 2003 and the Diploma in International Compliance (MICA) in December 2005.

Helen is an experienced trust and estates attorney in the Private Client department of CHW advising both local and international clients on a wide range of private client matters including wills, trusts and estate planning.
Helen trained at Brodies in Edinburgh and after qualifying worked in private practice in Edinburgh specialising in private client work. She joined the Royal Bank of Scotland Group in Edinburgh in early 1998 to lead their UK will writing department. At the start of 2001 after requalifying in English Law she started working at Coutts & Co in London where she was part of the bank's trusts and estate planning team advising high net worth clients on UK inheritance tax and estate planning issues.

Janice advises Bermuda-based and international clients on a range of corporate and commercial matters. She has extensive experience advising on asset financings, particularly aviation financing and registration of aircraft in Bermuda, the incorporation and establishment of Bermuda SPVs, establishing private trust companies and advising on mergers and acquisitions of both local and international companies.
Prior to joining CHW, Janice was a member of the Family Office team at the Bermuda Trust Company Limited and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, Bermuda Branch.

Jenny is the Head of Coson Corporate Services Limited, responsible for overseeing the delivery of corporate secretarial services to a diverse portfolio of Bermuda registered entities including insurance, shipping, funds and aviation.
Jenny is a Chartered Secretary and Corporate Governance Professional with over twenty years' experience of acting as Company Secretary to listed companies, investment funds and large complex corporate groups in the UK and Bermuda.
Prior to joining Coson, Jenny held in-house roles with BNY Mellon, Bernard Matthews, G's Group and CVS Group plc in the UK and in practice with UK national law firm, Mills & Reeve and Conyers Dill and Pearman in Bermuda. She has extensive experience of providing company secretarial services to local and international companies in Bermuda including investment funds, insurance companies and local businesses.
Jenny won the technical category award in the UK's 2023 Governance Hot 100 in recognition of her achievements in her previous role as Group Company Secretary and General Counsel of CVS Group plc, a company listed on the LSE's AIM Exchange. She has also been involved in supporting professional development for company secretaries through the Corporate Governance Institute ("CGI"), setting up the UK's East of England branch of the CGI and arranging professional development events for company secretaries in Bermuda.
Kim practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, governmental and regulatory matters. He has chaired several Boards of Enquiry under the Human Rights Act and has been an acting magistrate. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a Fellow of the Institute of Directors and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Kim is also a Justice of the Peace and a Notary Public.

Lorren A.F. Wilson Bsc, LLB (Hons) JP is a Director at Cox Hallett Wilkinson Limited and head of its Private Client Department.
He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University and a LLB (Hons) from the University of Buckingham. He is a former member of the Bermuda Police Service and has served as a Parliamentary Counsel in the Attorney Generals Chambers. Lorren currently specializes in commercial and residential property transactions, estate planning, wills and trusts. He has advised international organizations on the acquisition of local real estate for hotel development. He has published numerous articles and is regularly invited to speak before local real estate agencies, the Bermuda Chamber of Commerce (real estate division) and local lending institutions. He completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law Chester in 1999 and was admitted to the Bermuda Bar in 2000. Lorren is a Justice of the Peace, a member of the Bermuda Bar Association, formerly a member of the Bermuda Bar Council, a current member of the Professional Conduct Committee of the Bermuda Bar Association, an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, formerly chaired the Bermuda Rhodes Scholarship selection committee, former deputy chair of the Board of Education, formerly a member of the selection committee for the Human Rights Commissioners.
