CES Consultants, LLC is a civil engineering firm located in Johnstown, Colorado. The owners, Kurt Rollin and Carrie da Silva have over 30 years of combined experience in providing civil engineering design services along the Front Range of Colorado and Wyoming. They have extensive background in providing engineering and planning services for both residential and commercial land development. These design services include site planning and engineering, residential and commercial structural design and review, and a variety of other services. CES has been in business in the Johnstown area since 2007 and both Kurt and Carrie enjoy being part of the Johnstown-Milliken business community.
