Gerrit completed his BSc Agric (Onology & Viticulture) at Stellenbosch. Gerrit has 35 years industry experience having held management and winemaker positions at Badsberg Winery, Bonnievale Winery and Daschbosch Winery before joining Botha Kelder, where he is the CEO.

Jaco is a non-executive director of Arbelos. With over 27 years' experience in the wine industry, he has served as chairman of the local agriculture union and currently serves on the board of directors of Botha Kelder.
Jacques is part of the fifth- generation wine farmers in their family business. He obtained his agriculture diploma at Elsenburg and has 18 years of experience in the wine industry. He is a non-executive director at Arbelos and forms part of the board of directors at Botha Kelder
Petrus studied at Stellenbosch University and has a B.Eng degree. Petrus has 24 years experience in the wine industry and has held portfolios such as Director Wine Cellars SA, Director at BBK (Breederivier Bottling Co-op) and Chairman of Botha Kelder.
Pieter obtained his MSc Agric at Stellenbosch University in 2012 and was then employed by Yara International as Agronomist for Southern Africa. He was stationed in Johannesburg but when he was presented with the opportunity to work for Yara as Agronomist in the Western Cape he transferred which enabled him to work from his family farm where he grew up. Pieter is now part of the fifth generation Botha's on Boesmansvlei and has a passion for farming, soil science and crop nutrition.
Rian grew up on the family farm De Hoop in Breederiver. After finishing his studies (BSc Agric) at the University of Stellenbosch, he worked and travelled abroad for 2 years. He also worked at Botha Wine Cellar for two harvesting seasons. Currently he is part of the fourth generation Botha's on De Hoop and farm with wine and fruit.
