Bhavik Parikh is a fellow member and one of the founder members of BOCO. He is a Graduate from Mumbai University and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has worked with professionally managed corporates in capacity as a consultant. He specializes in the field of Audits such as, Internal Audits, Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, VAT Audits and Stock Audits. He has been conducting Statutory & Tax audit, Internal audit of large & medium scale Limited Companies, and also providing services in the field of accounts, Income Tax & Company Law matters. He has worked on many projects involving the strategic and managerial decision making at the top-level management. He also specializes in handling assessment proceedings under Direct and Indirect Taxation such as Income Tax, Wealth Tax, Professional Tax, MVAT and Service Tax. He has an experience in handling SOX Audit and is very well versed with one of the major accounting software prevalent in North America known as QuickBooks. He assists companies in preparing application for term loan for projects and for tying up / enhancing working capital facilities. He also undertakes formation and registration of Private Limited Companies, Trusts, and Firms and maintenance of secretarial records and advising companies regarding compliance of Companies Act and other allied laws. Apart from the above he also handles Tax Advisory Services and Business Advisory Services for new set ups.
Omprakash Jain is a fellow member and is one of the founder members of BOCO. He is a graduate from Kuvempu University (Karnataka) in 1999 and become member of the Institute in 2003 and in 2006 cleared DISA (Diploma in Information System Audit) course conducted By ICAI. Has more than Thirteen Years of experience in Statutory & Concurrent Bank Audits, Projects Finance Evolutions, Systems Installations, Internal Checks & Internal Audits, etc. He has a rich experience as business advisors and financial consultants to plan and oversee the implementation of business initiation plans. He has dealt with cases pertaining to: - Income Tax, Wealth Tax, Company Law, Employees State Insurance Service Tax, Internal Audits etc. He has a vast experience in handling assessment proceedings under the Sales Tax Act. He also handles appellate matters before the Commissioner of Sales Tax (Appeals) and Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal.
He is a Graduate from Mumbai having more than 25 years of experience in Accounts Finalization and Direct Tax Advisory Services. Over the years he has a rich exposure in handing assessment proceedings under Income Tax Act. He is also expertise in Appeal Cases, Tribunal Cases, Search Cases, Settlement Cases. He has a rich experience as business and financial advisors for new set ups.
