BETSCHARTS

Paul came to NZ in 1985 from Switzerland as a qualified Master Butcher and Small Goods Maker. In 1989 he opened his first butcher shop in Pt Chevalier then moved to Massey in West Auckland trading as "Swiss Royal Heights Butchery"... Paul Betschart is the name behind Betscharts, Specialist in Continental Meats, and indeed he is a specialist. Trained to the highest level in Switzerland and influenced from throughout Europe and Scandinavia, Paul has set a high standard of flavour previously unavailable to the New Zealand palate.
