This mantra continues through to every bike, accessory, clothing item, food supplement. If its on our shelf for sale you can be sure we have either personally tested it or trust the manufacturer and the supplier to back it up. We are in a minority group of quality cycle stores who have complete autonomy, no one tells us what to sell, we as a group decide. All products have to tick the box for quality, function, backup support, and bang for buck, and if we can buy local we do!... So can we verify we are "the best" simply no, what we can claim is we do it by the book. Any type, make or model of bike we will have the knowledge, tools, and ability to do the job. You can be sure if you have visited us you got the best possible service we can provide. We wont be selling you a lemon or the newest shiniest parts just because they look cool, they will have to be cool, and we will have checked that for you. If on the rare occasion, we are human after all, we get it wrong we will make it right..
