Dr. "Jack" Baker is an independent practicing clinical psychologist and human resource consultant with offices in New Windsor, New York and Scottsdale, Arizona. He holds the Diplomate in Clinical Psychology and has been elected a Fellow to the Academy of Clinical Psychology (FAClinP)... Jack graduated from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Psychology. He received his M.A. from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. and completed his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia. From 1967 to 1971, Jack served as a Major in the U.S. Army, stationed at Walter Reed Army Hospital in Washington, D.C., Fitzsimmons Army Hospital in Denver and as Assistant Professor and Director of Cadet Counseling at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, New York.
