She earned her law degree from Cardozo School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Kelley School of Business Indiana University. Ms. Gladowsky clerked for a New York State Supreme Court Judge prior to joining a boutique law firm concentrating in trusts and estates and probate matters. She now devotes her practice in estate planning, wills, trusts, probate and related areas, advising individuals and families with privately owned businesses. Ms. Gladowsky is admitted to the New York Bar.

Ms. Dehan was a member of the fundraising committee of the CODY Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities at Stony Brook University, established to promote excellence in clinical treatment, research, community service, and educational programs benefitting those with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and related developmental disabilities. Since her involvement beginning in 2004, Ms. Dehan has donated many pro bono hours, speaking to parents and providing support workshops on legal matters that affect children with special needs. Ms. Dehan received her undergraduate degree from New York Institute of Technology and her Juris Doctor degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. She is a member of the Trusts and Estates Section of the Bar Associations of New York State and Suffolk County. Ms. Dehan is a proud mentor of the Ms. Moxxie Mentoring Program, a nonprofit corporation established in 2012. The mission of the Ms. Moxxie Mentoring Program is to support and foster the career advancement and leadership development of young women through generational mentoring.

Kim M. Smith

Kim M. Smith, Esq. is counsel to the firm of Audra E. Dehan. Kim oversees our Medicaid and Guardianship matters. She has been practicing in the area of Elder Law for twenty (20) years. She also serves as a Court Examiner for both Suffolk and Nassau County Guardianship matters. In addition, Kim is an active member of the legal community as a frequent speaker presenting continuing legal education programs at the Suffolk County and Nassau County Bar Associations, and provides informational seminars for financial institutions, schools, hospitals, and civic organizations. She has written several articles for both the Suffolk County and Nassau County Bar Associations. Kim is also a member of numerous professional organizations, including the New York State Bar Association, Nassau and Suffolk County Bar Associations, the Women's Bar Association of New York and the immediate past president of the Suffolk County Estate Planning Council. Kim also serves on the board of United Cerebral Palsy of Long Island.
