Patsy Bishop founded Bishop Enterprises in 1984 as a small consulting business that focused on using technology to solve customer service problems. She incorporated the business in Delaware in 1987. One of our challenges is to provide a high level of service at a reasonable cost. We do not outsource our work. All of our call centers are located in the US. Each associate is extensively investigated with full background checks. Each associate is screened for her/his ability to communicate effectively over the telephone.
