Carrie Williams

As a "human enthusiast," Carrie brings her passion for people to everything she does at EMS|MC. Carrie is a native of the Triad of NC and received her bachelor's degree in business administration from UNC Wilmington. She began her career in human resources in 2004 as a corporate trainer and has held positions in HR ranging from recruiter to business partner, Director and VP. In February 2015, Carrie joined EMS|MC as the head of Human Resources, where she brings infectious energy and a "people-first" approach to all facets of HR. Carrie's top priority is to create and foster a culture that values employee happiness through meaningful work and a focus on overall well-being.

Doug Wolfberg

Doug Wolfberg is a founding partner of Page, Wolfberg & Wirth, and one of the best known EMS attorneys and consultants in the United States. Widely regarded as the nation's leading EMS law firm, PWW represents private, public and non-profit EMS organizations, as well as billing companies, software manufacturers and others that serve the nation's ambulance industry. After practicing for several years as a litigator and healthcare attorney in a large Philadelphia-based law firm, Doug co-founded PWW in 2000 along with Steve Wirth and the late James O. Page. As an attorney, Doug is a member of the Pennsylvania and New York bars, and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court as well as numerous Federal and state courts. Doug is a Certified Ambulance Coder (CAC) and a founder of the National Academy of Ambulance Coding (NAAC).

Greg Carnes

Greg Carnes joined EMS|MC in October 2015, bringing more than 28 years of experience in the healthcare and government sectors. Prior to joining EMS|MC, Greg was Executive Vice President at SourceHOV. He has a vast background in operations, finance, business development, and consulting across a number of industries, with a particular focus on healthcare. Prior to his tenure at SourceHOV, Greg spent three years in senior leadership at Accenture after spending more than 22 years at EDS (Electronic Data Systems), where he had a diverse career culminating in leadership roles covering overall business unit leadership, global IT and process solution development, as well as business development for all of North America. Greg earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Michigan, and his MBA at Wayne State University.

Jason Brantley

With over two decades of experience in technology-enabled healthcare services, Jason Brantley is a seasoned leader known for his laser like focus on delighting customers, ensuring optimized operations and better outcomes. As the Chief Customer Officer at EMS|MC, Jason oversees every facet of the customer journey, from strategic planning, sales & marketing, and customer success. Prior to joining EMS|MC, Jason held the position of President and General Manager of Provider Solutions at Datavant (Ciox Health), where he dedicated 15+ years to driving growth and innovation. Prior to the role of President, his versatility served roles including Chief Operating Officer of Provider Services, leadership of the HIM services team, and Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Throughout his career, Jason has been passionate about exceeding customer expectations and optimizing service delivery to achieve this goal. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Auburn University.

Kate Pruitt

  • Senior VP of Operations
Kate is responsible for revenue cycle management. As Senior VP of Operations, Kate oversees process efficiencies, organizational structure, call center methodology and operations management. In addition, Kate's strong leadership provides our clients with strategic oversight of onboarding and account management. She joined EMS|MC in 2005 as Operations Manager for the West Point, GA office, formerly Ambulance Billing Consultants, Inc. Prior to EMS|MC, she served as Director of Operations and Finance for InView, a subsidiary of InterCall, a telecommunications corporation, for 10 years. Kate holds her CAC certification from the NAAC and is a graduate of Troy University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Kim Stanley

Kim Stanley was employed with Medicare as the EMS Liaison for more than a decade. Working with CMS and various State committees, Kim developed key reimbursement policies at both the carrier and federal levels. Kim has been with EMS|MC since 2003 and serves as Chief Compliance Officer. As an advocate for EMS providers, she continues to serve on various reimbursement committees and contractor advisory groups at the state and national levels. Kim is a frequent presenter at EMS conferences and a nationally recognized expert on EMS billing practices, compliance and Medicare policy. Kim holds her CAC certification from the NAAC.

Regina Godette-Crawford

Regina joined EMS|MC in January 2016, bringing over 33 years of experience in EMS regulatory oversight and administration. Regina worked for the Office of EMS for over 22 years before retiring. Most recently, Regina sits on the Biden Harris Administration Senate Advisory Committee for Ground Ambulance & Patient Billing. She held the position of Regional Specialist, which included inspections, regional exams and technical assistance to EMS providers. Regina served as an advocate for EMS providers in the General Assembly to include grant funding for community paramedicine programs and other important legislative issues affecting EMS. At EMS|MC, Regina continues to serve as a strong advocate for EMS agencies across the nation, working in conjunction with other state EMS agencies on reimbursement matters and related topics. Regina holds a Bachelor of Science from East Carolina University as well as Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

Sarah Wroblewski

Sarah was raised with strong family ties to the fire industry and started her passion for EMS at a young age. She has spent over 25 years in revenue cycle management in various roles developing a customer-centric approach to operations. Sarah spent the last 20 years as Chief Operating Officer at Andres Medical Billing out of Illinois. In 2023, she assumed the position at EMS|MC as Senior VP of Operations focused on the Midwest Region. Sarah oversees daily operations and implementation of new clients. Her priority is to drive operational efficiency to deliver best-in-class customer service to our clients and their patients.

Steve Wirth

Steve Wirth is one of the best-known EMS attorneys and consultants in the United States. In a distinguished four-decade public safety career, Steve has worked in virtually every facet of EMS as first responder, firefighter, EMT, paramedic, flight paramedic, EMS instructor, fire officer, and EMS executive. He was one of central Pennsylvania's first paramedics. Steve brings a pragmatic and business-oriented perspective to his diverse legal practice having served for almost a decade as senior executive of a mid-sized air and ground ambulance service, helping to build the company from the ground up. Steve is a past chair of the Panel of Commissioners for CAAS, the national ambulance accrediting body. He serves on the boards of the Pennsylvania EMS Provider Foundation, the National EMS Memorial Service, and is an active participant in the National EMS Memorial Bike Ride the Muddy Angels.

William Sweeney

William (Bill) is a seasoned leader in the technology-enabled healthcare services space. As a CTO, CIO and CISO he incorporates tried and true industry solutions, leading-edge cloud infrastructure and innovative software to create platforms and modules that drive up productivity within an envelope of security and reliability. Bill joined EMS|MC in November of 2023 as CTO bringing with him 25+ years of healthcare technology experience. Prior to joining EMS|MC, Bill held the role of CTO and CISO at Kemberton Healthcare Services, IOD Incorporated and eWebHealth where he delivered cost-effective, secure and reliable systems. As CTO of EMS|MC, Bill's mission is to lead the development and expansion of the EMSolutions Platform as the most compelling and impactful EMS platform in the nation. Bill hails from Massachusetts where he earned a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and is Cisco and Microsoft Certified.
