Amanda joined our team in 2020 as property manager. She currently occupies the role of Office Manager and Client Relations. Previously, Amanda worked as a licensed paralegal for over 10 years. Amanda is a graduate of the University of Toronto, with an Honours degree in Science. She is a member in good standing with the Law Society and holds a diploma in liberal arts in Editing. Amanda brings dedication and experience to our company and possesses great interpersonal and communication skills.

Artur has over 20 years of experience in property management. As the President he provides leadership, support and guidance to the company's employees. He is responsible for the day to day operations and makes sure that everything runs in an efficient and timely manner. In addition, he is very experienced with regards to consulting and turnover process of brand new buildings. He acts as a liaison among property manager, contractors and Board of Directors in all aspects of property management. His responsibilities also include mitigating client complains, preparation of new business proposals and attending proposal meetings to ensure that all Corporations follow the implemented policies and procedures in order to provide the best service to our client.
Royce has extensive practical knowledge of business account and tax issues along with overseeing the financial division and all the administration for over 25 years that has made her a trusted business advisor to our clients.
