The business of the company was originally started in 1917 as a small partnership firm. Shri Amritlal Kalidas Doshi joined the firm in 1924 as a partner and was instrumental in securing dependable source of supply by successfully getting agency from then well known British manufacturer L.B. Holiday & Company Ltd.
