At ABN AMRO, Menno Haesen has developed and managed Transaction Banking training courses as part of an international reorganisation project. In 2005 he joined Oxyor where he founded the South African network for Oxyor, selling and managing various training programmes, competitions and software licenses to the major South African banks. He left Oxyor as Managing Director in 2015 to start a new venture in selling and implementing various Risk Management solutions in the areas of Treasury, Payments, and Investment Management.
