All Saints' Pastoral Care team consists of clergy, lay pastoral assistants and members of the congregation with experience and interest in pastoral care. We can offer telephone support, home visits, hospital visits, sick visits, home Communion, prayer and healing ministry and the last rites... This course is established through the Church of England & The Bereavement Journey. This is a 7 week course, which is relevant to all faiths or none, and then the 7th session offers Christian input and teaching. This course allows questions to be gently explored and we provide pastoral care and support. The Bereavement journey consists of a video each week, given by a trained CRUSE bereavement counsellor. We are one of the very few churches in the northeast to offer this course, Whether your bereavement is recent or not, this course is relevant for all. We have received excellent feedback from those who have previously attended The Bereavement Journey. We are also advertised at GP surgeries, NHS..
