I am a Leadership coach with over 25 years of experience in HR and HRD. Over the years, I have worked within companies such as Nokia, Neste, Haka and Aktia, and through my own company, provided consultancy and coaching services across a range of industries and in various countries... The cornerstone of my senior HR experience was built at Nokia, where I worked for over 15 years with e.g. Executive Coaching and Resourcing, Leadership and Capability Development and as Business HR in different business units and in several management teams.
