Anne has worked as a clinician in busy NHS and independent services for more than 30 years and is still enthusiastic and passionate about designing and delivering innovative, high-quality healthcare.
Born in the North East, she trained in London and Cardiff, and now lives in the South West. Her main area of clinical expertise is liver and gastrointestinal medicine.
Anthony is a seasoned finance professional with extensive CFO experience in private equity-backed organisations within the broader professional and business services sector. He began his career at PwC in South Africa where he qualified as a chartered accountant.
Bea has worked as an executive across operations, quality and governance in health and social care for over 15 years. Most recently as Operations Director at Mayo Clinic, COO for a private healthcare clinical service provider and Programme Director for a healthcare consultancy working with the NHS and ICBs. She began her career as a Forensic Psychologist delivering psychosocial interventions to prisoners and then worked for a UK based US company on their quality improvement programme supporting hospitals to achieve Outstanding CQC inspection ratings.

Christine has 23 years in the theatre setting as a qualified practitioner, and 11 in senior leadership roles within the theatre environment in private and NHS settings. This key experience and Christine's significant leadership qualities and passion for ‘patient first' has seen her deliver high quality services to achieve and maintain ‘Outstanding' CQC ratings within her successful career.

Francisco has over 20 years of experience working with the NHS and public sector organisations in a variety of commercial roles. He has been an advisor to NHS England on national policy for diagnostics as well as worked with individual trusts, ICSs, NHS Organisations and international organisations in the establishment of collaborative initiatives, development of business cases and services. Over the last four years, Francisco has been focused on NHS Workforce and developed innovative models for the delivery of services and waiting lists. He is passionate about patient access and patient choice always looking for solutions that support patient choice and reduce waiting times for services.
Having worked around the world, Iain is now a head and neck cancer surgeon in Edinburgh having qualified 25 years ago. After qualifying from Glasgow he has worked across Scotland as well as in London and New York. He now holds leadership positions in both NHS, independent healthcare and academic medicine sectors aiming to combine experience from the background to deliver high quality care.

Part of the first wave of independent treatment centres in the UK and a key player in managing NHS Contracts for the largest independent sector provider in the UK.
With many years' experience as Managing Director of an IT Consultancy, working in complex areas of Government compliance and cooperate project management across multiple high-value sites my skills transfer well to support Medinet's technology requirements. Matthew started his career in the Healthcare Sector as a founder of Remedy Healthcare Solutions that was acquired by Medinet in 2023.
Oliver has over 20 years' experience as a multi-sector Director in the UK staffing industry. He is driven by creating targeted, patient focussed solutions, which address waiting lists in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. Oliver is passionate about Bowel Screening and has been involved in fundraising for Bowel Cancer for a number of years, arranging community events and running marathons.
In 2020, Oliver founded Harvest For Heroes, a fundraising initiative to supply free, fresh produce to our NHS front line workers. Harvest For Heroes achieved national media coverage, featuring in The Independent's "Happy List 2020: Heroes in a crisis".
With over 25 years of healthcare experience, Tim has held Managing Director and CEO positions for a number of private healthcare companies, including FTSE 100 organisations. He began his career developing and managing healthcare management consultancy businesses before leading Clinical Services provider organisations.
