Chris is a Northamptonshire chap who has lived in the Oundle area since childhood. He worked for a national property company and a firm of rural surveyors before starting Woodford & Co in 2001. Back to Staff Lynda is from a local farming family. She entered the property industry in 1989 working for Bletsoe's in Thrapston. She then headed up the Lettings and Management team for Jackson-Stops before joining Woodford & Co in 2015. She brings many years of experience in all property matters, and really does manage her client's property. In her spare time Lynda enjoys being in the countryside and attending agricultural & equestrian events. Email me
Back to Staff Madi has worked in the property industry for several years and has specialised in the rental sector. She joined Woodford & Co from another independent agency and s passionate about customer care. She is keen to further her knowledge of the industry and is continually studying to achieve this. Back to Staff Martine has been involved in the property industry for many years and is a dedicated member of the Woodford & Co team. She is a skilled sales negotiator and a determined sales progression handler. Having worked for two Blue Chip companies in her former years, Martine is very customer focused. He is studying to become a fully-fledged member of ARLA, and enthuses about his role within the the company. Matt spends his spare time with his daughter and when time allows, on the golf course. Back to Staff Sharon has been involved with property for many years, having bought and sold various project houses and even featured on a popular TV show. She brings plenty of enthusiasm and energy to property viewings and transactions and is greatly appreciated by buyer and seller, alike. Sharon has lived in Polebrook, Stoke Doyle, Hemington and Oundle, over the years, and therefore is well versed with life in the region. Email me
