Amritpal Bhogal

Amrit received his legal training in London, where he gained valuable experience in various aspects of law. After completing his training, he joined a firm in Birmingham in 2006, which marked the beginning of his professional journey in the legal field. He was then made a Partner in 2008. Two years later, in 2010, he achieved another notable advancement by being promoted to Director. In January 2025, he made a move to join Enoch Evans Solicitors, where he aims to contribute his expertise and continue his professional development.

Anita Patel

Anita studied Law at Staffordshire University and undertook her LPC at the College of Law, Chester. Anita qualified in 2001. Anita is a practical and proactive solicitor who deals with matters swiftly and efficiently. She is able to communicate complex legal matters in simple terms.

Anna Weston

Anna joined Enoch Evans in 2018 as an Office Assistant. She then became a Paralegal in the Court of Protection department. In April 2025, she was promoted to Advanced Paralegal.

Anne Ward

Qualified in 1982, moved to Walsall in 1984. Anne has long career at Partner level with local law firms. Anne joined Enoch Evans in 2015.

Bayant Bhogal

Since qualifying in 2005, Bey has developed broad legal experience across many practice areas. Starting her career in litigation, specialising predominately PI, employers liability, occupiers liability, public liability claims, she worked alongside barristers to get the best result for her clients.

Bhavesh Parmar

After graduating from Birmingham University of Law with First Class Honours, Bhavesh went on to complete a LPC. During his time at University he undertook some work experience helping a firm in their Family Law department. Chelsea Mountain

Chelsea attended Manchester University to achieve a Second Class Honours in Law in 2016. She then went on to complete a LPC and Masters in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Law in Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham. This was alongside working full time as a paralegal in a childcare department, and graduated in 2018. After this, she commenced a training contract in 2019 and qualified in 2021 and began to specialise in all aspects of private family law. She provide legal advice to clients following the breakdown of relationships which include, divorce, financial remedy and children matters. Chelsea has also prepared cohabitation and nuptial agreements. She then qualified in March 2021 for her Masters Of Law. She has been working in Family Law since May 2016 before joining us in September 2023.

David Evans - CEO

David has over 30 years of experience in dealing with and advising entrepreneurs and business owners/ managers both locally and nationally on all aspects of their business. David joined Enoch Evans LLP in 1985, and became head of our commercial and corporate departments in 2000 before becoming Managing Partner in 2007. He also chairs the firm's Financial and Management Committee which is responsible for the management of the firm and for Enoch Evans LLP's strategic growth and development. As part of his role as Managing Partner, David spends a lot of his time talking to the firm's major clients as he is focused on making sure that the firm continues to provide the depth of services that clients require. His broad range of experience includes advising Buyers and Sellers of companies and businesses on how to achieve the maximum benefit from transactions with the minimum of risk. He also has significant expertise in complex commercial contracts in various industrial sectors as well as shareholders agreements, corporate governance, restructuring, terms of business and partnership agreements. David also has extensive experience in dealing with commercial property matters for both owners and tenants. In addition to his role of Managing Partner, David is also a Committee Member of the Walsall Economic Forum. Qualifications LLB

Emily Davidson

Emily Kenny

Heading up the Enoch Evans Cannock office, Emily is a partner of the Wills, Tax and Probate Department and has a broad range of experience of all types of Private Client matters. Emily is also a Committee Member for Cannock Chamber.

Graham Beesley

Graham's background is in Finance. He has 20-years of senior finance and operational experience at law firms in the North West of the country. Most recently, Graham worked for Liverpool-based Bermans where he was a practice manager and board member with responsibility for the firm's core business support services. Prior to joining Bermans in 2014, Graham worked at various other law firms as finance director. He joined Enoch Evans in 2020 and has day to day responsibility for the firm's core business support functions.

Hannah Chaudhry

Hannah Smith

Ian Little

Ian graduated from Loughborough University before then spending a decade working across several sectors before commencing his legal career - providing him with a useful insight into various working environments and workplace issues which in time has proved to be an extremely valuable experience for Ian subsequently becoming a specialist Employment Law Solicitor. After a change in career direction and with a keen desire to make a difference, Ian subsequently graduated from the University of Law in Birmingham before then commencing his legal career as a Trainee Solicitor in 2008, qualifying as a Solicitor in 2010 in Employment Law whilst working for a large corporate law firm in Birmingham. He has well over a decade of experience specialising in Employment Law matters, advising both employees and employers on day-to-day and complex HR issues at all stages in the employee lifecycle. Ian has worked with a wide range of clients including charities, universities, schools, local authorities, police forces, financial institutions, retail brands, manufacturers and businesses. Ian took the opportunity to join Enoch Evans in January 2025 advising clients on a wide range of Employment Law and HR related issues, including multi-faceted Employment Tribunal claims (often with a significant reputational element), negotiated settlements, complex investigations, restructures and redundancies, trade union relations, equal pay, discrimination, whistleblowing, and TUPE. Ian also assists organisations in preparing and updating staff contracts and policies, in order to ensure ongoing compliance and protection. He has significant experience in advising on various grievance and disciplinary issues, bringing / defending Employment Tribunal proceedings, TUPE, exiting senior executives, reorganisations and redundancy (including collective consultation), discrimination and trade union disputes. Having worked in both law firms and in-house legal departments, Ian fully appreciates what it is like to be on both sides of the client relationship and is committed to working with his clients to provide tailored advice in a practical, cost-effective, and pragmatic manner.

Jessica Cooksey

Jessica has worked in the legal sector since leaving school at the age of 16 and has gained experience across the legal spectrum working in many different areas of Law before specialising in Residential Conveyancing, and subsequently joining Enoch Evans LLP in 2021. With many years' experience in Residential Property Law, Jessica deals confidently with all aspects of sales, purchases (including buy to let and right to buy properties), re-mortgage, transfer of equity, assents, purchase of freehold and lease extensions, but Jessica particularly enjoys dealing with Auction sales and purchases. Having lived, and indeed worked in the local area all her life, Jessica has formed longstanding links with many other professionals and is well respected within the legal profession. She has a friendly and professional attitude and also continually strives to build and maintain good relationships with clients.
